Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Fred has been great with trying to get me back on my feet without doing knee replacement. Answer questions so that you understand and is 100 percent helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

I work with Jason. He is FANTASTIC! It’s been a long process but I’m finally starting to notice that the therapy and dry needling is working. The office is always clean. Everyone is very friendly, personable and professional. I would recommend to anyone needing PT. They easily earn a 10 out of 10.

I have been treated by several Physical Therapist over time since I had experienced a broken hip and femur and then a THR. When my Orthopedic doctor suggested more PT I admit I wasn't keen on the idea. Then I found out that Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy was at Wood River so I decided to go there. I have been so pleased with the care and the one on one experience I receive. Other places I got handed off to other exercises and always a different person. Ryan has managed to challenge me to do more and using different methods it is helping.

SOPT is fantastic!! Ryan and Eva are very considerate, kind and very knowledgeable. Ryan has been excellent! I have made great strides towards my recovery under his guidance. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for all you do!!

I was referred to Specialized Orthopedic PT by my Orthopedic Surgeon and was very pleased upon meeting Matt as my therapist. He has a very pleasant personality and really zeroed in on the specific exercises to improve my stubborn post op pain. As a matter of fact my most difficult one I went from 0-10 in two weeks. I would hands down recommend Matt!

Iam recently a patient here and my PT is Matt. He is wonderful . He really listens to me and where Iam in pain the most and works that area. He has made me feel much better in 3 weeks after knee replacement. I have been to many PT businesses and this is by far the best. Please ask for Matt and you will be in great shape. Everyone from front desk to the therapists are very professional and courteous while keeping a fun, loose atmosphere that made me look forward to my appointment. They work with you and listen to your feedback from previous visit and develop a exercise regimen to best help you get back to pre-injury/surgery condition. They also helped me with ways I could help myself in every day activities to make my back stronger and safely get through a day !!!! Have seen Jason and most recently sylvie, both are very good at their craft, will definitely go back if I ever need P/T again !!!!

Highly recommend Freddie!! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I worked with him for several months and I had incredible results for my knee and back pain. He was able to determine the root of the problem that was causing me a lot of discomfort.

Sylvie Le with Women’s Health was incredibly knowledgeable and caring during my appointment with her. She explained everything beforehand and made me feel at ease. She takes time to listen to her patients concerns and made sure all of my questions were being addressed. I felt understood and will 100% refer her to others.

We are very happy with the therapist Kayleigh! She's very knowledgeable. My daughter has been going to this PT for about a month and has already almost healed about 95%. The in-house PT is really good. All the therapists are friendly. Kayleigh knows her stuff. She teaches the workouts/exercises at the gym then sent my daughter home with the home program. Every diff symptom the PT came up with a different solution or technique. She deserves 10 stars, not 5! Thank you for getting Trinity back to JV baskeball and softball! She's still going to get to the 100% mark! My daughter had a bad soft tissue contusion. I highly recommend Specialized Orthopedic therapy. It's worth the drive to Warwick. ✨✨✨✨✨

My daughter, a massage therapist suggested I begin seeing Sylvie for a knee injury. She said she heard great things about her therapy from her own clients. I began seeing Sylvie and she was awesome. She was careful to explain what she was doing and why the exercises would help me. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the therapy I needed. This is beyond the best physical therapy practice. Every one of the therapists truly is invested in your recovery and they are devoted to getting you back to your life as quickly as possible. When you’re there you are more than a patient. Their skill sets are unmatched and there is no where else I would go.
