Cheyenne Cafe

My grandma took me up there the day after chief Joseph days and let me tell you these people had been there since 330 in the morning because all there food is homemade. Our server Natasha got us seated and our order taken fast and with a genuine smile and the most positive additive. Earlier there was a 2 hr wait for food so let me tell you these guys were tired but happy as ever. We came close to closing after the rush had slowed down and out food was out in a timely manner and it was amazing! Reasonably pricing love it and will very much be going again.

Nice cowboy breakfast in cowboy portions. The waitress was friendly. Everyone worked hard to make it a pleasant breakfast. The hot cakes are huge. The veggie omelette is delicious. All very reasonably priced. And, hey, some customers ride to the cafe in style ...

Wonderful service and the fries were so good! Our grandkids loved their burgers and the people were so friendly and fast!

On our way out of Joseph we stopped at the Cheyenne Cafe. I am giving this place five stars due to the fact the service was excellent. We had a bit of an issue with our order, but the waitress went above and beyond to fix it. The coffee kept coming, and the food was tasty. The place is decorated in pro-law enforcement peripheral which we love to see. We will be back, more things we want to try on their delicious menu.

HUGE portions, friendly staff, and your basic greasy spoon. Closest location to the mountains that provided hot food. We ended up going back two mornings in a row. This place is great and if you're traveling through the town, I'd highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, quality food. They were definitely busy but for good reason and they did a good job keeping up even though they were a server sorry when we went.

Cinnamon roll was quite good, hash browns and gravy were all home made and excellent.

In a very tourist oriented town, Cheyenne Cafe feels very local and welcoming. Their BLT was perfectly executed, with the toasting of the bread being a highlight for me. A half sandwich and soup made for a very satisfying lunch for my wife. I would happily return here.

If ever you find yourself in lovely Joseph OR please treat yourself to delicious, nurturing meal at the Cheyenne Cafe. The service is exemplary with warm & friendly wait staff. Be sure to order the cinnamon Bun! The only complaint is the great big portions’ size.

Amazing food, HUGE portions, great service, cheap prices!

A group of us would go to Joseph every spring for some out door activity and Cheyenne Café was our daily morning stop. Great food, great people and awesome atmosphere. Always had the Ham and Cheese Omelet, never dissatisfied. My buddies would change it up but I stick with what I like.
We were there one spring and a car show was going on. Town was very busy. We had eaten at the Cheyenne enough that they seated us at the "local table". What a great breakfast, chatting with the locals and sharing a meal, they treated us like we had been there for years. Incredible memories...
If you ever get to Joseph this a "must visit" café for breakfast. In my mind this is Americana at it's best.

Ate a late lunch here on a late September day - great food (had a soup and sandwich - half) and people watching (corner location). Good parking - definite local vibe ....

This is a small cafe, but worth the wait. There were doing some construction work outside, so they did not have their normal tables outside. The food is really good and our server was friendly and attentive. We will stop here again, the next time we are in Joseph.
