Daniel Young was the agent I spoke with and he was both friendly and efficient. I had difficulty finding insurance after The Hartford cancelled our policy (we had 2 claims in the last 3 years). No one else wanted to provide us with insurance for our home but Daniel was able to quickly find us insurance at a extremely reasonable rate (comparable to what we had with The Hartford). If I have any insurance needs in the future Daniel Young is now my go to. I would 100% recommend him to anyone reading this review.

I have had Daniel as our agent for at least 15 years now. He is so quick at responding and has helped us quickly rotate kids in and out of cars. He always gives great advice when I'm in panic mode when my kid crashes a car. which sadly has been more than once. And its just been and easy experience using him.... I highly recommend this company.

Daniel Young has been extremely friendly and very responsive. Due to the fires a few years back, my I insurance carrier was canceling my homeowners policy and Daniel worked around the clock to find other vendors that will provide homeowners insurance for high fire hazard areas. This insurance company is the most reliable, trustworthy insurance company I’ve ever worked with. Danny is so nice to work with and always picks up the phone and their pricing was great too. When I say the best, it comes from putting them through the ultimate test first.

My house was badly affected in the 2018 Woolsey fires. I don’t think I could’ve made it emotionally without them. They assigned me a project coordinator on Day 1, and followed through on everything they said they would do and more. They didn’t leave me to get all the bids and submit the requests. My project coordinator did all that for me.

Our neighborhood was in a gut-wrenching time of pain and fear. When I compared my experience to my neighbors, I was shocked!! State Farm, Farmers and AllState, not one of them was provided help anywhere near what this insurance company did and they paid out my entire coverage. The other agencies were out to the other homes multiple times, strung them along and then eventually denied their requests which I got approved weeks earlier.

I learned a very BIG LESSON. When buying Insurance, and it isn’t the most recognizable name or even who’s got the best rates. It’s which one will be there for you when you actually need the insurance.

Anytime I’ve needed details, or someone to follow up with the insurance or mortgage company the team has been right there to get it taken care of.
