I just received 2 lounge chairs that I ordered from Costco which were manufactured by Pacific Casual. Wow they are beautiful. The packing was amazing and all it took was to pull them out and set them in the yard! So far the workmanship looks great so I'm overjoyed with my purchase. I spent a lot of time researching all the reviews on the Costco website to find the best one. I think I did! Please look at what other sites say amount this company. I really don't think a company can stay in business if they are expected to replace worn fabrics year after year. Ridiculous!

Very Bad workman ship.Nuts and bolts are not aligned and on top that very poor customer service. Please before taking home there heavy products home for assembly keep in mind there workmanship is very very poor.
