Same experience with a supervisor there!!! His name is Ryan and he literally got in his personal car to drive over to open the package box in our complex because the wrong key was left. WOW! Thank you Ryan!!! This is definitely above and beyond.

The manager at this location is AMAZING. I went there to get a key for the communal mailbox in the building my business is in and she litterly got in her (personal) car and met me at our building in 5 minutes. I honestly could not believe it, she made my day today.

We had a temporary problem with mail addressed to my company not being properly delivered . Reina, the supervisor, addressed the issue promptly and we have since had zero issues with delivery. I was pleasantly surprised with her follow through and her assistance was greatly appreciated.

The staff is extreme friendly and helpful. Even when I became irritated over an issue the staff remained polite and professional. My hat is off to this wonderful group of people and to Lou who,I think, is the Postmaster. In an age of lousy customer service with many companies the North Kingstown Post Office is just a bunch of wonderful people and postal employees. Thank you so much for all of the help you have given me over the years.

This review is for their customer service - Dave and Darcy -
I happen to use this location to send packages to my deployed brother, it's a out of the country kind of deal so it takes a few minutes longer to handle. Dave and I believe her name is Darcy are the sweetest most helpful people I encountered throughout the years of sending packages …

On the other hand there's Lori! that holds up the lines because she serves 1 customer per hour (I swear that's her target rate) she should have been retired because she's not helping anyways. I always have hard time getting anything done with her! Dave and Darcy jump in and save my day and that happened a few times already. She can't answer a question to save her own life, lost in her own mind! she needs to retire and leave this position for someone else that needs the job and might do better than her helping people. Next time I go in there and she's the only available casher again… you bet either I'll ask for some else to help me or just simply leave not worth wasting my time watching her doing nothing.

This large post office has a big parking lot.

Will not hold packages when asked or says package is being hold when it's really on a truck. Newest problem. Did you know that our post office has an internet based phone. No internet equals no phone. How does a "federal" building only have phones over Wi-Fi? Tell me how that makes sense.

Weekend customer service is nothing to be desired, during the week ok. Some people shouldnt be in customer service

This Post office is so incompetent. I paid extra to have my package the next day and i got a message my driveway was blocked and couldn't be delivered. I am on the main road and dont have a driveway and was home all day waiting for my car part.. They all are family n friends at this branch and customer service is the last thing they care about Sadly..
