North Kingston Kohls is so neat clean and organized. The Customer Service there is the best around. A lovely women helped me in Home Decor, I wish I got her name. she was so helpful and positive and talked about how great her team was. The cashier Rachel was so nice and helpful. She made my day! She is always kind which is why when my daughter is at practice and I need to kill time, it is a go to place for me for sure. Thank you to the management team for keeping a friendly, clean and comfortable place to shop !

I have always had a great experience shopping here. The service team is always helpful and very friendly. I’m always walking out with a smile. Definitely wish more stores had a staff like this.

We went to Kohl's to pick up something that was on hold for us at customer service. We checked out with the cashier Shannon who was very friendly & explained how to get rewards. I forgot a bag and she ran out of the store in the rain to give us the bag. She went out of her way to make sure we got our bag. Thanks Shannon. I think she deserves a six star rating!!! ******

Associates are always friendly and willing to help if questions are asked. Clean. They are willing to work customer service desk if something goes wrong.

I’m a regular kohl’s shopper. I most usually find my size in Croft and Barrow which is quality in material and sewing. I do recommend their sales also. It’s a good bargain.

Always lots to inventory to choose from in every department and staff are so friendly and helpful! Make shopping a very pleasant experience!
