Another happy customer! Mike and Karen were great! I called for an appointment and got one the very next day. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew a lot of what we needed with just 10 minutes of speaking. We were able to try out beds and quickly came to a decision. Not only were the beds great quality but also a great price. Delivery was amazing, we received our bed the same day within a few hours. Tonight is the second night on the bed and so far it’s been great. Adjustment to a new bed takes time but it’s all looking good thus far. I love supporting small businesses. Especially when they are run by competent and friendly people. Karen and Mike are a wonderful duo. 💪 Karen was incredibly friendly on the phone when setting up my initial appointment. From there I met Mike in person who was sooo patient answering all of my questions ( I had a lot of questions about differences in mattresses, prices etc) he patiently answered every question and seemed actually happy to do so. He gave me space as well to try out all the beds and I never felt rushed for a sale. Ever. I personally am not fond of that rushed, trying to sell you on the most expensive item that is so common with salesman and I never got that feeling with Mike. 👍

Love and Compassion at Mattress by appointment is more important than a mattress sale. Thank you, forever grateful. I had to buy 3 mattresses but I was only able to afford 2, I have a Mentally ill son and have priorities, I purchased 2 mattresses for my sons, I decided to continue sleeping on an air mattress. On the scheduled delivery day Mike the owner not only delivered my 2 purchased mattresses but a 3rd King size mattress for me as a gift. Forever grateful. I give Mike and Karen an A++++!! This was by far the best experience given the excellent service provided by the entire family! From Mike setting the appt and attending to us to Karen sending courtesy text messages and topping it off with their sweet young son helping with the delivery. Talk about a collaborative effort! I found this mattress store on OfferUp with great prices that sounded to good to be true. I made a appointment with Karen by phone for the same day which was great she was very polite. When my wife and I made it to the store we where nicely greeted by Michael who was very informative on all the different options of mattresses he had in stock. They have a awesome finance option or 90 day interest free with only $50 down with warranty and to top that Mike offers same day delivery. We purchased a very comfortable Queen set thanks Mike and Karen !
