Alpine Xtreme

When my son's custom boots were lost by the airline, Alpine Xtreme proved to be an awesome rental option at the resort. They had multiple brands and flexes of boots to choose from and we ended up having a great time!

Super experience and great ski tune as well. And to boot, very honest people who didn't try to oversell fancy tuning (and re-tuning after hitting a few rocks) options.

Highly recommended.

This place is a well oiled machine my family of 7 rolled in and we were in and out in a flash. The attitudes of the staff …amazing. We stayed next door and have had numerous lil things pop up but nothing was too big or too small for the crew at alpine Xtreme! Staff were extremely knowledgeable of everything for all skill levels and patient with 1st timers. Customer service was superb. Equipment was also top of the line and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience!

The price is right. The selection of equipment is excellent. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. We put the staff to the test, with two skiers and four snowboarders. In thirty years of renting ski and snowboard equipment, I have never had a better customer service experience. We will be back.

Fantastic experience renting skis and boots from Cottam’s at Taos Ski Valley. Steve and the rest of them team were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped all four of my group get fitted with the perfect skis, snowboards and boots and were helpful and patient when I changed skis twice and boots 3 times! I highly recommend this shop and especially the great team of ski pros. I will definitely choose them again.

Cool people and good customer service. Taos ski valley was closed due to unforeseen circumstances and they refunded my days not used. No issues with the equipment.

Kale and Jack were awesome! We booked online the day before and they had everything pulled and waiting for us the next morning when we arrived to ski. They were friendly, attentive and helpful. We were in and out in minutes and headed to the lifts to ski. Cost, service and location can’t be beat!

Helpful staff, got me set up with suitable skis and helmet. Explained choices well. Equipment in good condition. Took care in adjusting bindings to my boots. Option to demo many skis for only $10 more.

Very friendly and helpful. Both my son and I rented here, and were able to come in to switch skis during the week (in fact, they encouraged us to come by anytime and switch out). I really appreciated how outgoing and helpful they were--and also right by the lifts!

The Guys at Cottam's in TSV took great care of my family while we were there skiing over Christmas. Curt, Steve, and Jen were awesome! I can't say enough about how great the service was and we will definitely be using them again.

I wanted a different ski the next day and they exchanged it out quickly and were happy to help me! It was also very easy to get in and out especially with the new lift being at their door!
