I Needed a second opinion and Joe was honest and efficient in finding the issue. It was totally the opposite of what that other auto repair shop said. I'm so glad I came here. My vehicle is riding so much smoother. That other place almost ripped me off. I will recommend this place and will continue if I ever need their service again.

He stopped what he was doing to check out my misfiring truck on a road trip. Wasn’t able to get it fixed because of how new it was but he didn’t charge me a dime and had 1.5 hours of labor into it. They were very professional and polite.

After trying various mechanics I was recommended to take my newly purchased (and shortly malfunctioning) car to 11th Street Auto - and I'll definitely be coming back.

Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, and they not only showed me exactly what was wrong, but recommended taking it to the dealer to have fixed by law for free. The fact they didn't just give an estimate for the work shows their integrity - and their pricing is more than fair for the estimate and proposed fixes if I had gone through them.

I have brought my car in a few times for work, and they are very good about being upfront about what's needed, the cost, the expectation. They are very reasonably priced, they know what they're doing and they do it fast. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Joe is very understanding and patient when explaining what is going on with your vehicle even if you are a female. I didn't feel belittled or undermined when talking with him. He got my vehicle back to me in a reasonable amount of time for the work that needed to be done.

Moved to Sheboygan last year and needed a garage for our Fords ..11th was recommended by many and they didn't disappoint... Very straight forward, got the service i wanted and done quickly... Really happy i found them

These guys are amazing! Customer service is always great, they price fairly, they get the job in a timely manner while offering quality work at the same time! Pretty sure they just touched my car and it was fixed... but seriously...11th Street Auto is awesome!

Joe & his crew have always been professional, honest and fairly priced. They have worked on my vehicles for almost 15 years and never a problem.

I dropped my car off at 4:55 one evening with some battery issues, they said they would look at it first thing in the morning. I got a call back at 5:45 that same night saying that they had fixed the issue. I am incredibly thankful that they stayed late just to address the issue with my vehicle.

The service here is unbeatable. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and will answer your questions. They are honest and will explain what needs to be done. There prices are very reasonable. To me it is the best place in Sheboygan County.
