Had the most AMAZING experience today. Tyler was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable salesman. He was not pushy and an absolute delight to work with. Hannah was also an absolutely treasure and helped talk through finances and contracts. She does an outstanding job and also very personable. Just wanted to say that I had a very positive experience with this dealership. My sales associate Kevin Swanson worked tirelessly to find me the right vehicle at the right price. Although inventory was a bit low due to current lease and finance deals, they were willing to trade out for whatever I wanted which was very nice. Fortunately, I found the right vehicle on the lot and I couldn't be happier.

From Kevin, to the new car sales manager, to Victoria in the business office- it was a very positive experience. No pressure, no hassle, and not a waste of time at all. I know car dealership experiences can be subjective, but mine was very positive by all counts. Great job team!

There are people in the Car Business who help restore your faith in the Industry! Today I had the pleasure of meeting one at Russ Darrow Dodge off High Crossing in Madison.

Long story short I bought a Dodge Charger with wheel locks and did not receive the Key for the wheel locks. I went a few other places and no one could or would help me. One of the places I went was Russ Darrow Dodge's crosstown competitor, they had no interest in helping me. I pulled in to the Service Drive and was immediately greeted by Aly. I explained the situation to her and she said they would probably be able to help me depending on the wheel lock type. 15 minutes later she returned and said the Car was ready to go! I was shocked and asked how much I owed for the service. She replied "oh no you're good to go"!! I work in an industry that is highly reliant on reviews myself so I immediately knew I would be leaving Aly and the Darrow Dodge team a review about my experience.

Employees like Aly are hard to find in todays world and the fact she went above and beyond is not something I will not forget! She should be considered a valued asset to this organization and I want to thank her again for helping me!

The staff were very receptive to our questions, replying very quickly. The sales consultant Kewon was super friendly and very chill. He was very personable and cracked jokes with us throughout the whole appointment, which you don’t get too often. Everything was explained very well and was easy to understand because of the staff!

Bob was greatas well as the financing team. It was a literal no pressure sale. I had already determined what i wanted and what my budget needed my payment to be and they figured out how to make it all happen! Couldnt be happier!

This is the 6th vehicle we purchased from Bob. He always goes out of his way to get us in the right one. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Purchased a used 2022 spark and traded in my Honda. Overall it was the best experience I've had purchasing a car. The car was there and ready when I pulled in, it was exactly what was advertised. We had no games with pricing, I was extremely happy with the deal. Ryan was our salesperson, he was very nice and professional. Came for a full synthetic oil change in my grand Cherokee today, couldn't believe it was only $72 out the door at a stealership. Lots of complimentary snacks while waiting and a free car wash and inspection. Luke was fast and friendly and showroom looks brand new. Service department needs a remodel but hey you can't win everywhere. A+

Great place to get a new vehicle. they did everything needed to make easy. Explained what everything is that you have to sign for a vehicle. Even if I think there are to many pages. they made it all smooth and easy.
