I felt safe and enjoyed the smiling faces that greeted us when you walked in. Rooms were clean bathroom was clean and if I needed anything Kelly and diamond were on it all the staff that I met we're very kind even the cleaning lady. I was also happy to see that they had ramps so that they are able to accommodate handicap as well definitely enjoyed my time thanks again!

I had to come to Madison unexpectedly and just need a place to stay. The front desk was staffed by Nathen. What a great first impression he made. I didn't expect a five star experience but Nathen provided one.

Super sweet, hard workers. I had some issues at check in due to confusion about booked room not having fridge & microwave while my baby was fussy! The manager Kellie fixed the issue for me. The maid manager quickly found me a room & I was still able to check in early. All the workers are friendly they smile & say hi when passing TIP: don’t book through Expedia!

Love the staff here from the management front desk to the maids! Everyone works so hard & tries to make this place feel like home. Keep up the good works guys. You are all valued & appreciated.

Mario was very helpful. David the manager was extremely pleasant and cheerful every time we saw him in the walkway helping housekeepers with their rooms.

I swear, every time I come back to this location it's ALWAYS the same AMAZING individuals working!!! The lobby was decorated ( Kelli - awesome job). Diamond and Kelli are always there to help staff even when they are off the clock. The rooms are always clean and the sheets are ALWAYS CLEAN ONES!!!! Large variety of channels, places to go and eat, shopping or even UPS its walking distance ( couple blocks ). Also it's pet friendly!!!

Perfect for it's price. Very clean, quiet, safe. Had no issues, no smells of smoke I'm used to in cheap motels, check in and out was fast and simple. Room was as clean as could be and I've definitely seen worse for the same price. If you're on the edge deciding if you want to give this place a chance, I'd definitely recommend staying here. Just remember to bring your own soap and shampoo, nothing provided in the room.

My two day experience was made very comfortable and easy. Diamond was very kind and patient with me, not only that but she had a great attitude, I never really leave reviews but my stay was fantastic.

Great location close to restaurants and the mall. The room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. The manager Scotty helped me to upgrade after I choose the wrong room. Will definitely book again.

I think it's a cozy and very comfortable place for the price that the rooms offer. They are very good and the whole area is very nice. Apart from that, the staff is very friendly. I recommend it

When walking into the lobby I was greeted with kindness and a smile! The workers there are truly clean, and professional. It's been a while since I've seen a General Manager handle a hotel so well. I didn't have to wait for towels or any of the basic room necessities. If you're ever in town check this place out! Ask for The Gm Kelli and you'll see what I mean.

The heater in our room wouldn't shut off even though we turned it off. Everything else was good.

Diamond and Kelly were very helpful when checking in. They had helped when my tv wasn’t working along with my keys. Overall a nice experience with the staff :)

Keith was amazing. The hotel was out of keys and he went so far as to dig in the trash and to find me a key. I was exhausted and he save me tonight! Thanks brother! Superb customer service.

They have great service the rooms they smell very nice warm beds so comfortable i really recommend if your on a long vacation and your with your family
