Okay this place right here I went to and actually on Sundays they have the dollar tacos and they are amazing they also have carnitas they have a variety of food the food is fresh they're cooking it right there in front of you it is affordable and the people are very friendly

Really. Nice mom and pops store the woman who is working the counter. She was so polite and kind if you're in the area stop by. They've got A? Variety. Of items?
It's just a very nice place to stop by. Oh and They had hot food to go.

Great prices! Family owned. Been an institution, my mother shopped there when i was growing up. Now a huge cafeteria on one end where there used to be dead space only used for storage. The smells wonderful . Everything made in house. Everybody's favorites.

FRESHEST MEATS IN TOWN!! GREAT selection! The prices on their meats are FANTASTIC!! Most meat markets I've been to STINK!! But they don't! VERY clean!! I'm impressed!

There meat in general is great and reasonably priced. They offer 5 grocery items for $19.99 offers. And if you have ever had Hershey's ice cream you will be thrilled to know they have a freezer full of it. Oh yeah, they also offer fried chicken livers at the deli counter! Enjoy

Love this place. Great deals on meat and produce. Just got a large bunch of fresh collards for $3.99 and they are always running specials on their smoked meats as well.

My family has shopped at Samoset Groceries for my entire life. Seen them through up's and down's. It's wonderful family grocery store. When i go in it is like going home somewhat. Great place to shop. Good prices. The meat bundles are simply the best in town.

Great meat bundles with quality meat and a great price. Small town vibe to the store..staff is friendly and helpful. If you haven't tried the blueberry biscuits and fried chicken sold inside the store, your missing out.

BEST MEAT IN MANATEE COUNTY!! Anyone that's from here or was raised here knows that as a BONAFIDE FACT. Always has EXCELLENT prices on their Family Packs they put together, and as said before, the quality is amazing👌From being a child myself to raising my own, I'll NEVER change my place to shop.

Dan's has been a place my family has shopped at since i was kid. We still all go there. It's the only place i get my ground meat from. Especially when Tom, one of the butchers, has worked that day. Some prices are a little pricey but it's convenient.
