I wanted to tell you that you have a fantastic clinic! I was at another
PT clinic prior to coming to you guys and they put me into an RA flare.
Your clinicians listened every time to me and how I was feeling. They
all adapted the treatments to what works for ME!! All are super
understanding and empathetic in addition to talented in PT. Also, the
front office staff is excellent! I have been to a lot of places who say
they will put you on a cancellation list. They never call. Your staff
called and wanted to help make me appointments when I wasn't on the
schedule. I really had a great experience with your staff and wanted
you to know how wonderful all of them are!

I had my consultation last week and first therapy session today and am very impressed by my pelvic floor PT, Sarah. She is kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She makes you feel informed and comfortable in a position that could otherwise be awkward and embarrassing. Sarah takes the time to understand the patient's individual ailments and comes up with a unique treatment plan. Would highly recommend Sarah to anyone experiencing pelvic floor symptoms. I will update this review as the PT process continues, but so far I am very impressed.

As I come to completing my insurance authorized physical therapy appointments I want to take the time to say that this facility provides such a phenomenal service. Everyone at Simon's Physical Therapy are in tune with an individual's specific physical therapy needs. They epitomize the "team" in teamwork, and no less. Stacey Simons, the owner, strives to keep her team current and up to date with her team's accreditations and current methods to assist in their client physical therapy appointments. Stacey deeply cares for each individual and it positively radiates out to her team. Thank-you!

Stacey and her team are top notch! I own a gym that does a lot of rehab and we work with a number of Physical Therapy offices near us. It's very rare to find a place that dedicates a lot of time and one-on-one attention to their patients the way that Simons does. Their hands-on approach is very unique for this field. These guys truly put the patient above the profit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful people who really know what they are doing. From the front office to the PT's, to the assistants, to the owners....they are all so welcoming and positive. Even the delightful office cocker-doodles make you feel relaxed. You have got to try this place!

As a retired physical therapist, I chose this facility for my post-surgical shoulder therapy. I couldn't be happier with my progress and can't say enough good things about this place.
The therapists, therapist assistants and support staff are totally professional and friendly. In addition, you can tell right away that they truly care about your progress. You get personalized treatments without any feeling that you are being rushed along. The sessions are always 55 minutes, one-on-one in a private room and you receive written exercises so that you know what to do at home. The attention to detail is outstanding.
The bonus is being greeted by two very sweet, hypo-allergenic therapy dogs. It's a truly lovely environment.

I went to physical therapy here to help me with an old knee issue that was flaring up. Previously other physical therapies didn’t work long term. I felt like I gained the skills to combat an issue I thought would be an issue for the rest of my life. All of the staff are professional, helpful and welcoming! I learned a lot of ways to strengthen my knee, how the muscles all work together and how to overall take care of it. It’s a very inclusive and welcoming space which I really enjoyed! There are 2 therapy dogs, local business and they are lgbtq owned. If I ever need physical therapy again I will absolutely come here. The whole experience was truly life changing and I’m grateful I can move forward toward an active future with full knee mobility.

This place is AMAZING. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. The atmosphere is healing and ther super clean.The staff, and I mean everyone of the staff members are amazing. They make you feel like family. They truly have your best interest in mind with everything they do. The owner Stacey is the best person I have ever met. I've never had someone care for or be concerned for me as much as she does. This place is magical, up to date and comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury that I had surgery in February. Simon's has done Miracles for me not just physically but emotionally, And Psychologically. I wish I could give them 100,000 stars the deserve it. If your hurt this is where you want to go.

Personally, I wait until after I had a new patient appointment, a few follow up appointments, and after a few claims have been processed to be able to leave a thorough review. Let me tell you, this place is incredible!!!! I have never experienced this dynamic of care. Their practices and procedures should be the epitome of physical therapy. I had spine surgery and my post-op recovery was not going so well everything felt tight, fragile, and broken. I am not done with all my sessions yet but things are moving in the right direction. This place does not disappoint.

I was seen here for a few weeks for therapy for my lower back, and what an experience it was! The staff were all very kind and the medical practitioners were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend any patients who are in need of therapy to come here, it will be one of the best decisions you have made!
