Staff has been very helpful and quickly fills my prescriptions. I appreciate them very much.

Lines can be really long sometimes but it is a good pharmacy. No complaints 😁

I know this complaint is probably for all the pharmacies nowadays, but I had knee surgery less than 2 weeks ago and called them last night to see if my refill of Oxycodone 5mg was ready for my son to come and get before they close. They had almost an hour before they closed. I explained to her that I was completely out because of the weekend. She put her hand over the phone to talk to the pharmacist and when she came back she said, no, they will be ready tomorrow. Almost an hour before closing?? So, I wait until the next day when they open and called again. She said that they were about to fill it and to call back in the afternoon. Now, I know all about the opioid problem, but I Just had knee surgery, I'm not some druggie on the streets. I know people don't care anymore, but I think this was just downright cruel.

Lines are always long bc they never have more than 1 tech checking people out. Forget about getting help via phone.
After a 40 minute wait in line, I’m told they have to order my med. I found out they’d had the script for 3 days & they blamed my Dr’s office. I had an acute health issue & really needed it filled. I come back 24 hours later & only to be told I need to go find a pharmacy that can get actually get the med. When i do this hours long task, i wait in line for the third time to ask why they haven’t released the script to the other pharmacy. The managing pharmacist, Ishmael, swore he sent it & blamed the other pharmacy. The next day i go back a 4th time & ask another pharmacist to Please Make Sure the fax goes through this time. She sticks with it until getting confirmation that it went through.
Without going into detail, a similar situation occurred for another med. So i had 8 trips, all that involved 30min + waits to get 2 prescriptions. Both my Dr’s office & new pharmacy told me they’d had a lot of issues with Allen Creek Sav-On.
There are a few polite people behind the counter, but half of them are incredibly rude & could care less about their customers’ needs. The manager, Ishmael, has No people skills & others follow suit, especially the female tech with short Creek hair.
Overall, there was no concern that i was preop. & had limited time to use these meds.
More than the worst pharmacy in Grants Pass; this this the worst pharmacy I’ve Ever been to. Shameful.

Been to many pharmacy’s. This one is by far the worst. Told me 3 times my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes to no avail. Told me a 4th time they put an urgent notice on it and it would be ready in….. 30-45 minutes. Lies. I call today they say it’s in processing it will be ready in 30 min. I show up, they have a prescription that has been ready for months, but not THE ONE IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET! If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lady on the phone was also very rude to my fiance

By far the worst pharmacy in town. Arrogant, rude, staff who do not care about patients. The Pharmacists are very adversarial with medical providers! Stay away from this place.

They always make excuses as to why meds are not ready,and they try to close early and go to lunch and come back late!They try to close early too,and they shut down the drive through which used to help a little bit.When you try to call they don’t answer or when they do they leave you on hold for excessive amounts of time!Sometimes they even hang up on you or give you major attitude!My Doctors office can’t even get through on the phone to adjust prescriptions,etc.They are very,very unprofessional and I would not advise going to this pharmacy.

The pharmacist was still wearing a mask. He was speaking very very softly, so you could not hear him, and when I asked told him, I could not hear him. He just kept it up. His attitude was horrible. Then the girl that checked me out I told her I don’t ever want that pharmacist again not ever she told me good luck finding somewhere else, the whole thing could not of been more rude and posting this you cannot hear the attitude he had or the attitude I’m feeling now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been using this pharmacy for about 17 years and they used to be wonderful. Now they rarely answer the phone. If you are lucky enough for them to answer 90% of the time they are rude or pick up the phone then hang-up without saying a word. The line's almost all ridiculous. Which basically means you get to wait 30 minutes for them to treat you as a extreme inconvenience. The drive thru is open for maybe an hour a month during a time of the day that is not even close to useful for most people. Let's just say if you want to be treated like insufficient garbage this is the pharmacy for you.

This is the worst pharmacy in grants pass! They constantly make me run out of my prescriptions because they can't fill them in time. They NEVER answer the phone. So I'll wait in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me my scripts aren't ready. That is a very serious problem! You can't do that to people! I'm switching pharmacies! If I could give negative 5 stars I would!

What a joke. Waited in a 20 minute line to have them not be able to scan an out of state ID for a Claritin D purchase. Then try to tell me that my out of state ID is the reason.
We are here taking care of my late father’s in laws estate and have been able to purchase allergy pills in grants pass at Walmart so I know that’s a lie.

Worst pharmacy ever. They won't answer their phone. So if you live out of town as I do, you drive in, stand in line only to be told your rx is not ready. They are all rude, could care less about customer service. Shame on you people.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to don’t bother. There customer service is trash and they treat you like your a inconvenience. If we didn’t come you wouldn’t have a job so might wanna be a bit nicer cause people don’t appreciate jerks when there sick. Ok ? Got it ??

Was my pharmacy after years at Walgreens. Friendly, usually pretty quick in and out, but not anymore. It's like a Russian gulag now, with long lines of folks, often infirm or disabled standing for long stretches to deal with unpleasant overworked pharmacists. They closed the drive through so forget about avoiding the "human centipede". Walked out of there a few days ago and pretty sure I'll be looking around for a new pharmacy now

Horrible pharmacy 2 days for pain meds after back surgery! She said that was good because they are a week behind on filling scripts! Unconscionable!!!

What a joke! This pharmacy is so bad it seems like they want customers to go elsewhere. It worked! Customer service suks! Incompetent employees. Went horribly bad during supposed Covid, has only got worse since.
