I had initially started with a different realtor, who was sub par, and I was referred to Kristin from my lender. I was so lucky! It was like night and day. She was so helpful and was more of a therapist sometimes helping me through all the stress of buying and selling a home. Especially doing both at the same time during this crazy market.

She was very responsive, even with very minor things. She was friendly and personable the entire time.

She was so helpful during the negotiation phase, especially when something came up on the inspection for the new house.

In the end, I found the perfect home, and felt like I paid a fair price and sold my condo for a fair price

Erin Anderson is absolutely awesome! I presented her with a bit of a challenge, as I was looking to purchase a new home in Wisconsin while living in another state and not being able to travel. From our first phone conversation she demonstrated that dedication to her clients is something she takes very seriously. She truly listens to you, asks pertinent questions, and gets to know you, then tailors her efforts to finding the perfect property. She is smart, patient, professional, an excellent communicator, is well-versed in the Madison area, and has a huge network of contacts. On top of that she is just a lot of fun to work with! We looked at quite a few properties via FaceTime, and she made sure I was able to see everything I needed to see, taking the time to go back over something when needed. She encouraged questions and pointed out things I might have easily missed. I felt comfortable and secure in the knowledge that Erin was looking out for my best interests at all times. When we found the right property I think she was as excited as I was. She is there every step of the way, even beyond closing, to hold your hand when needed, to offer advice and guidance, and to make sure you know what’s happening at every moment. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and would rate her at 100 stars if possible!

Amy Bua is the best. Her support during the intense experience of selling our condo was invaluable. Luke Lestikow is hands down the best realtor to work with whether buying, selling or both. He put so much care, effort and time into making sure we found the perfect house, which after over a year we finally found thanks to him. With the house we purchased and every house showing leading up to that he treated each one as if his own family was going to be moving in. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know about each property and gave us ideas of what we could do to each property.
