If I could give them 10 stars I would. Donielle went above and beyond and helped me fit things into my car when I was there moving all by myself, and when my car wasn’t big enough she quickly got me a deal to rent a moving truck for the day. She was so helpful and friendly!

Arizona Self Storage is an awesome facility. We have stored our RV at this facility for seven years. The manager Margaret is so accommodating and personable. She always goes out of her way to make sure we are happy customers. Her staff member Cindy is helpful to us as well. We love this place and it is a pleasure to come into the office with a pleasant greeting.

Excellent, clean, and safe facility thanks to the work of Margaret, Cindy, and Bryan. We have had 2 vehicles stored here for 4 years. No issues with pests/rodents. The facility is clean and always functional (thanks Bryan for keeping the gate secure and accessible). Recently paved, the staff was easy to work with and provided us notification, assistance, and instructions. Margaret was kind enough to notify me there may be an issue with my autopay/credit card and indeed, I had failed to update my new card/expiration date. Most places would have just added a late fee. She is a top-notch employee who cares.

Margaret was very very helpful and transparent in helping us get a storage unit before moving out of town. The process was simple and easy. I would recommend here to anyone looking for some simple storage.

The day I went to unload my moving truck into a storage the woman at the desk was very busy but she managed to multitask and get through the line quickly. I realized I needed help with the lock on my truck and she went above and beyond to help me with it despite being short staff that day. The service I experienced here was awesome. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I rented a self storage unit here because I'm new to Tucson, Arizona and I was looking for something quality. Arizona Self Storage (Self Storage Solutions) treated me wonderfully and gave me an awesome unit with my own lock as well. The place is very secure and gated as well; this gives me confidence that the items that I'm storing are safe and secure. They have video monitoring services, the place is super-clean, and the owners are awesome. I highly recommend them!

Arizona self storage made moving out of my home and into storage very easy. The store can recommend good movers who are prompt and efficient. The store has moving and packing materials, so if at the last minute and you're in a pinch, Sharon can guide you to the right materials.
Sharon has very clear contracts and rules for storage. She goes over every page before signing. To get onto the property, each person gets a code to enter. With the contract, Sharon provides a lock and three keys for the storage unit.

The manager went above and beyond. To help me and was the calm in my storm the day I was purchasing my unit and the price was definitely affordable ,and the unit and grounds were very tidy and efficient. I was absolutely satisfied with my purchase!!!!!
