Hampton Inn Richmond - Airport

The room was cleaned, and the shower had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I could hardly hear neighboring doors closing.

Great stop for early morning flight. Latisha was very pleasant at check in! They have a shuttle that will take you to a restaurant.

Stayed here recently before an early flight. Room was very nice. Staff was helpful. Parking lot was very well lit. hotel security seemed fine.Hotel was about 70% full, But the room was still very quiet. Hotel is 3 minutes from the airport. And located in a cluster with other hotels. Will definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and I honestly have no complaints whatsoever about this location. Staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere was inviting, my room was comfortable, clean and bed was comfortable too. Coffee/breakfast items were plentiful and good selection. I didn't use the pool or gym, but I did look down there and both smelled and looked very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

I had to fly out quickly because my Aunt was dying. The front desk associate was so kind. My assistant accidentally booked the room for the wrong night but she gave me a room at a discounted rate. The shuttle was on time at 4:30 am. The room was extremely clean. No frills but I was only there a few hours. I will definitely stay here again when flying out.

Location is great right outside of the airport with many things around it. Rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was great. The indoor pool was very nice.

I have to say from the minute we walked in to the minute we left we were very well taken care of by every employee we encountered, they All greeted us with smiles and kindness. Vivian at the front desk is an amazing employee , full of enthusiasm and a pleasure to talk with .

Emily at the Frontdesk is a great host, she is a true Hospitality ambassador with great customer service. This hotel is very new and clean, it is definitely amongst the few hotels I can give 100% score rating in everything. The common areas, rooms, parking and ambience is great. The complainers will hardly find anything to complain about in this hotel because they are on top of their game. Keep up the great service and standards.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times the employees were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was very nice. Had different choices each day for the egg selection. The front desk was very helpful.
There are plenty of choices for food close to the hotel.
It is very quiet considering it is so close to the airport.
We will go back.

I always stay at Hampton inn hotels, but allow me to say that this was by far the best stay. It was clean and comfy, all utilities available. The 5 stars I rate it are not because of all the previously mentioned but because of the staff. Bob went out of his way to make sure me and my coworker were attended. He went beyond expectations and it honestly just makes everything better especially when you’re checking in from a long flight. Thanks Bob.

Great stay! Clean, friendly staff, large indoor pool, great breakfast with lots of choices. Perfect location just off 95 with food options within walking distance.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We had originally booked the Richmond Hotel which sits right next to the parking lot of the airport. We booked using Park, Sleep, Fly. Because of construction, our reservation was moved to the Hampton Inn. The hotel was very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing! We left the vehicle at the hotel and took a shuttle to the airport. This saved us from having to pay extra for airport parking! We'll definitely stay here again!

Comfortable rooms and convenient location by the airport, with a shuttle to get you to the airport. Front desk staff were great, would definitely stay again!

If you are staying in Richmond, I would highly recommend staying here. It is only about a 10 minute drive to the Speedway, depending on the traffic, and it is located right by the expressway which makes it convenient. We stayed for 3 nights. The lobby is fabulous, so take advantage of it in the evenings. Take out and eat in. That's what we did every night. The front desk staff was patient and polite. We did clean up after we were done, but there were no attempts to stop us or tell us to go to our rooms. The breakfast area was typical of breakfasts but better. They offered a different type of egg and meat all three mornings. And JoJo, was a very polite, but quiet staffer. She was great at keeping up with the whole wrestling team. Pool area does not have a Jacuzzi but the kids enjoyed the pool. Towels were always available and picked up. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in the Richmond area.

Usually airport hotels are high volume, busy and lacking in professional help but this one was pretty okay. Nice staff was nice. Gonna be honest, I really only ever stay in these hotels for like 30 minutes at a time, so that's the extent of my experiences. But for the most part they're pretty nice.
