I’m so disappointed. Called this company to balance my forced hot air heating system and was initially encouraged because they understood the issue and made it seem like something they routinely do. Had to wait months for them to come out and when they finally did, the guy they sent couldn’t even identify the heating ducts correctly! Ridiculous. They installed one damper and changed a belt on the furnace fan and called it a day. They charged me a lot for this and didn’t even address my original problem. I tried and tried to get them to come back and they just gave me the run around. Said they would come back several times but never showed up. This has been going on for a year and I’m totally disgusted by their incompetence and complete disregard for my time and money. They didn’t even have the decency to let me know that this simple job was too much for them to handle. They’re absolutely terrible. Worst experience with a contractor in an area where I’ve found that people have integrity and take pride in their work. Not these guys. Avoid at all cost.
