The Trading Post has been a staple in Townsend for 25 years! They carry a bit of everything but specialize in quilting and crafts. Judy is very knowledgeable and helpful. She carries quality fabric at reasonable prices like Moda, Hoffman, Batiks, and In The Beginning. Stop in and expect to spend some time in the store because you never know what little hidden treasure you might find!

So many items in such a tiny store. Primarily sewing supplies, but also a place you can get cards, gifts, and crafting supplies. :) Great customer service!

They always have good things in there that I need when I'm doing arts and crafts ,quilting crocheting just a pleasant place to be and shop

This is a store that has a little bit of just about anything. Beautiful selection of material and tons of craft items. Well worth the stop.

Wow.... small space with so many things to look at! Judy has everything from toy cars to quilting supplies! She's a super nice lady and is always a pleasure to talk to..
I would have given 5 stars but because there is so much cramped into such a small space it is hard to find some things but all in all a fun little store.
