Publix Super Market at First Street Village

I stopped in to purchase breakfast before a meeting. I went to checkout and realized that the cashier was someone who had worked at the store for quite sometime. I used to shop at this location regularly when I lived close by about 3 years ago. I was surprised that the cashier recognized me and was very friendly as she had been in the past. Such great service and made my experience great.

WOW! I picked up a catering order for a team lunch this morning at the deli. I did not realize until almost lunchtime that several items were missing! I called the store and explained what had happened. I asked if someone could deliver the forgotten items, highly doubting it was possible on a busy Friday lunch during season. In no time at all, a Publix team member was at our office door with the missing items. I am delighted! Way to go, Publix First Street Village!

Very clean, fresh food and very nice works they accommodate with the most upstanding, willingness. Isles are stocked well. Employees always look very professional.

Great bakery, bread is always fresh. Good produce, always a good selection of fruits and vegetables. Publix always has the best of everything and we love their buy one get one deals. It's smaller than most publics. But I used to live on a boat down town. And enjoyed bicycling along the Shore trough the park! So maybe that helped with the friendly little store.
Parking was always available when driving. Ready to go sandwiches and salads more variety then bigger stores I've been to. Popular Deli with a bit of a line. Lotta meals to Go because of the park and boats. Busy Skyscrapers 5Tower's that I've worked several times. The River is only two blocks away...
The Quaintest Publix I've been too. Bonita Springs close #2 My laborer came out saying with a smile "everyone seems so Happy!"
Prices were good at Village Too. That's a Secret to fresh!

This is one of the best Publix is I've ever been to I go here almost every day because I live right near it but everybody is so nice and welcoming and they make the best subs and on top of that everybody's gotten to know me so when I walk in they know pretty much what I'm going to be getting if I go straight to the customer service desk. I'm a bit of a creature of her habit so and I love that they can anticipate pretty much everything that I need and want. Their cheese bear claws are absolutely to DIE for!

Bryce, Emmanuel, and Lena have exceptional customer service. They go the extra mile for customers. I can’t remember the young gentleman’s name that works in the seafood department. He was so knowledgeable about the crabs. 🦀

This is my favorite grocery store. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. My favorite cashiers/customer service desk are Nicole N, Rivka and many others. I enjoy shopping there regularly. Yesterday I had to pick up deli platters for an event my church was having. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues the platters were not completely ready. Kendra immediately took ownership of the issue and worked diligently along with fellow workers, Tania and Nymisis. The delay was minimal And the deli platters were delicious! Everything was on time due to their hard work. Thank you, ladies for making my day! Publix should be proud of you all!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I bought a fresh fruit salad with pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and mango which was delicious. Also got there breaded wing special that was great. Taking a nap now that I’m happy and full. 😃😊😎

Publix at the First Street Village in Fort Myers is the place to get all your grocery wants and needs. The store is ADA accessible, very clean, has public restrooms and fast helpful customer service.

Their produce section has a very nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The bakery has good selection of pretty much anything you would desire, from just a snack to cakes for parties.

Great prices with a large selection of grocery items is what you will find at this Fort Myers Publix.

This store is truly the neighborhood grocery store. The store is always clean, well supplied and easy to shop.

I must give credit and my appreciation to the deli team. Firstly, I placed an order for pick-up and accidentally chose the next day not realizing. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready as I expected (not knowing I made a mistake). Of course, I immediately blame the store for the mistake. Meanwhile, the staff is helping me figure it out and preparing my order. They were so kind and helpful during the busy lunch hour, while dealing with an angry me. I apologized for blaming them because it wasn't their fault. I'm back at work and receive a phone. It's Jo from the deli department letting me know my order was placed for the next day and asked if I would still like that order. I informed her that I did not because it was my mistake. The deli team never batted an eye or gave me an attitude. They are an exemplary crew of customer service. I really appreciate their patience and assistance. The salmon and salad was fresh and delicious. Again, thank you Jo and the deli team.

Last time here their was a fight in the parking lot, and a huge truck parked so close to me, I couldn’t even get in the drivers side door, I sat in passengers seat, for over a half hour

I know many workers by their names. It is always a pleasure to shop there.
It is as if I was visiting my family when I shop at my Publix.

Good selection always lots of registers open. Good deli and bakery and has a seafood section.
