Can’t begin to thank Rachel & the staff at this resort.
After some miscommunication about location ( East vs West) Rachel was able to handle both the Cancel and booking with a smile, couldn’t be more impressed.

Location is nice, tucked away along a wash with access to biking paths and hiking within short drive, plenty of shopping and such conveniently located close by.

Resort is on smallish side with nice lots it’s mix of RV & Park model. All the amenities at the park are clean and well maintained, pool area is nice and we did get a couple pool days in during week stay.

Crowd is friendly, lots of activities and people doing them, we will be staying a moth next year and may get involved.

We almost feel we may have been guided back to Rincon after a $#*§€£} experience at at another ( I won’t mention the place but you can check our reviews, it sticks out, this is the ANTI that place😂😂) we spent time at the West location in 2017.

Friendly resort, friendly staff, great location in a area we love…We will circle back next year but it’s looking like home.

My parents live here. It's not a place for tourist's, it's an actual gated community. Front and only entrance/exit has a guard posted 24/7. All guests must sign in and guard must be notified by whomever the guest is visiting ahead of time. So that's awesome. It's quiet, great people live here, its just really nice.
There's an awesome community center and they have classes or clubs, a library, billiards, a gym, 2 pools, pickle ball, horseshoes and tons of other activities. On-site community laundry room. They have a newsletter/magazine even. Staff is great, very attentive. The place is immaculate, grounds are well manicured & clean 100% of the time. My parents love it here, they've never even hinted about having any issues. I'm assuming it's great for snow birds and that's why it's labeled as a resort style deal. But it is an actual gated neighborhood. Just fyi🙃

One of the nicest RV resorts I've stayed. My site was beautiful. It was paved and pretty landscaping. Many snowbirds were finishing their season in mid March when I was there. Laundry room was clean and air conditioned. Gate guarded community. Ice medicine available. Many activities. I was permitted to wash my RV. AT&T signal b 4 bars 5G.

The Rincon Country East RV Resort is awesome. This is our second year staying at the resort and we liked it so much, we bought a park model. The front staff is fabulous and especially manager Rachel who is so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a beautiful resort which has outstanding community and activities, I highly recommend Rincon Country East RV Resort

This place was soooo cool! To start, it's one of the most accepting and friendly communities that I've ever found on the road! Met many people I hope to stay in touch with for a long time.
The amenities are awesome. Excellent spa and pool center. Took a woodcrafting project off of my to-do list in the wood shop on-site and now I have a rolling tray in my camper cubby. Played more pickleball than I ever thought I would and found a new sport love. Even finished a book or 2 from the library. What an excellent month! If we hadn't bought a house locally, we probably would still be there.
Don't let me forget to mention, this park is quieter than any RV spot I have ever visited. Just placid and peaceful.
If I had 1 gripe, it would be the showers in the community restrooms. There is barely enough water pressure to get dowsed, even if your doing laps in the shower. Remember the "Bad Hair" episode of Seinfeld? Yea, that kind of lack of water pressure! LOL
We may go back and staycation there, just because we had such a great time!

I was there to help a friend paint a room in their park model home. I have always been curious about what one of the PMH looked like inside and I must say they are quite spacious and quaint. If ever a time comes that I should elect to move into a 55+ park, this one would be on my top 5 for consideration. Well-kept property, quiet spaces, and a nearby wash to take evening walks along. Close to many amenities and convenient to the interstate for easy access on and off. Lovely park.

We were very lucky to spend a month here at the Rincon East RV resort. Not knowing where to go we originally pulled into a Cal am resort property and we were treated so rudely and their sites were so small we left and came here. What a treat. The residents here are wonderful outgoing people, the staff are polite and helpful. They were not too snooty to turn away our extremely well cared for but older model RV. The pool and central grounds are clean. We made great friends and did some local exploring with them. We highly recommend you give these folks your business and don’t even consider going to a Cal am resort.

We had the pleasure of making this our first long term destination on our first snowbird trip. This place felt like home from the time we arrived at the gate. All of the employees were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there so much that we’re planning on spending the entire winter season there next year. Friendly folks all the way around and more activities then a person can count. Great gym, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, you name it. Will definitely be our go to from here on out.

I am new at staying at RV parks until this year. I have found Rincon to be a wonderful experience here in Tucson AZ. The parking pads are spacious and fit both the RV and a separate one for the truck. The community is friendly and inclusive, and the amenities are many. They have a nice pool, hot tub, woodworking shop, sewing room, rec room with organized activities during the winter season, shuffleboard court, baci court, and pickle ball courts. There are large palm trees so it isn’t bleak and ugly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tucson. Also, they allowed us to stay despite the fact that our RV was an older model. It had to pass a photo review to make sure it wasn’t rundown but it wasn’t rejected based only on age. I guess the year qualification is something some RV parks do, but they are very welcoming here. A thoroughly wonderful experience for the last month. I recommend this park over Far Horizons (the only other one we looked at). Their parking spaces are really tightly packed and I didn’t see a place to park the vehicle as well. There were only trees for the higher priced spaces, otherwise it was a concrete desert. They were not friendly to older RV’s. Lastly, their administration was not friendly.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Rincon East! I got there as most of the tenants were leaving (mid-March) but everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming even though I was “underage” (they made an exception due to being a travel nurse) The pool/spa/showers and bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The laundry room was very nice as well! Office staff were exceptional and very helpful with accommodating any requests you had! Highly recommend!

Very quiet RV resort staff is friendly. Pricing is great. The location as wonderful as not, too close to city, and yet far enough out to have the peace and serenity of the desert.

Very happy with this RV park. Amenities were great. Rv sites really nice with blacktop RV pad and concrete pad next to RV to park tow car. They have cable TV which was great. The internet is not so good. We needed to drive away a few miles for my computer to get a signal. Also tried their computer in library but it did not work.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

I've spent 4 winters at Rincon Country East. It's comfortable, not too big, has friendly residents and staff. There are a lot of activities to if you want to participate. It's close to The Loop so I can ride my bicycle all winter, every day if I want to...

Just checked in five days ago, and we've decided to stay for a month. The park was able to accommodate that change, and didn't charge a premium for doing it. The grounds and amenities are awesome, everybody is super-friendly, and it just feels like home. It's a 55+ park, so it's quiet. Only downsides are extremely slow internet (check-in clerk gave me a heads-up so we bought Cox high-speed) and the only dumpsters are way in the back corner. Guess that's God's way of telling me to get in a few more steps each day.

They have several daily activities, from wood shop to painting and water aerobics, and the pool is huge (and heated). We'll definitely be back.

Stayed for the first time in this very nice, clean resort. The location is quiet, and a bit off the busy path. We stayed 4 days to take in many local sites so cannot speak about activities or pool. It was a bit of maneuvering to park our 40' fifth wheel as there is a palm tree at each spot. That was our only minor problem. Parking pads are tar and concrete with a table and benches. Very nice. Views are marvelous.
