I've been going to these doctors for forever about 35 years. They are excellent doctors. I see Dr Magnin, he is very thorough and polite. And easy to talk to. Thanks

I was running late for my appointment. I called the office and spoke to a lovely lady. Her name is, Evelyn. She told me to come on in and Dr. Magnin would still see me. She was so kind over the phone and her care for my dilemma was appreciated. I came into the office and the two ladies at the front desk were very kind. Kim checked me in. She was very engaging and professional. I sat down and watch and listened to how her and the other lady at the front spoke to one another and worked together. It was as if they were nsync. They make a great match for front office staff. And as always Dr. Magnin is SO loving and caring. He always takes his time with my concerns and worries. his nurses Kelly and Angie are always very down to earth and makes me feel welcome. I appreciate you all not turning me away although I was running late. I also appreciate the kindness I was given. 🧡

The Nurse Angie is absolutely amazing and fantastic when running with her heart. If i wont for her then i wouldn't have had what i needed to get done for answers when i was in horrible pain and discomfort. I would definitely make her nurse of the month if i could vote! Thank you for all the help!!!!

I have been seeing Frank Jordean for 18+ years, he is the greatest, sometimes his nurses that seem to change often, drop the ball on paperwork, but I would recommend Frank to anyone and have. The front desk are always nice enough when I am in the office, but it take a act of congress to get them to answer the phone. I use to do all my business through the Pt. portal, but that's has been down every since it went over to a new company so if I can't get the phone answered, I can't get InTouch with my Doctors.

I was a patient for years mostly saw S. Hanson and absolutely loved it there. Due to a move I had to leave but in going to get back with then now seeing they are accepting new patients. They are worth drive. I never should have left to begin with. Absolutely awesome Doctors and Nurse practitioners (K. Padgett-Miller .

I've been a patient here for the past 12+ years. I've always received great service from George Proffitt, NP-C and just called and got exemplary service from Hannah in appointments/scheduling. The only criticism is sometimes it takes a while to get through on the appointment line. Other than that I'd highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Proffitt.

This place is great. Dr. Magnin and Dr. Jordan are fantastic. I see Dr. Magnin and he is the best doctor I've been too. To many people are hanging up on things out of there control. Don't be mad they can't write you a direct prescription, the federal government has told them to use a computer to do it. Well it turns out that the computer system the government has them use is terrible and drops prescriptions and the pharmacy never gets them. It's not the office, or anyone's fault there. Under Obamacare we are lucky that these great doctors haven't quit practicing because of all the added extra bull and hoops they have to jump through. Great office, great doctors, good location. Get there on time, and on time is late. Be ten to fifteen mins early.

Dr. Stone is the very best! She is so patient and kind. We have also seen Dr. Bush and really like him as well. My 5yr old is terrified of doctors and Dr. Bush has no clue, but he recently broke my child's fear! Thank you all for being so caring and helpful.

I really like The Professional Care, I get here. Dr.Frank Jordaen, is Really good. I would, refer this Practice, a 100 times over. Staff is also Super!

I will ONLY see Frank Jordaens there tho SOME of the receptionist are VERY good but most of them are very unsympathetic to your needs .Dr. Magnin is also an awesome Doctor

Went for appointment today and seen Shandon Stone. She was professional listened to all my concerns and made me feel very welcome as a new paient.

They provide professional medical service and a convenient after- hours clinic.

They're always extremely helpful!
