This Is Two Different Occasions By The Way Both Times I Sat At The Bar And Was Served Greatly And The Food Was Awesome Don’t Be Afraid To Ask For Your Food How You Like It It’s Your Money And Your Food Lol They Are Great But There Is Always This Smell When I Go There Can’t Figure Out What It Is Besides That They Are Great.

We have had amazing burgers here and it has become our new spot to go. The prices are excellent and totally worth it. Bill at the hostess stand is so nice and accomodating:) Thank you!!

I'm from Ohio visiting friends in Bradenton Florida. They had never been to a Chili's. It wanted to treat them as I frequent Chili's in Ohio a lot. They liked the atmosphere and our server was very attentive and informative . We ordered the 3 for me. My friend got the serloin, her husband got the Cajun shrimp pasta, and I got the Cajun chic m en pasta. We all got the potato soup. All the food was extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection. The only issue was it was Luke warm except for the steak which was perfect. When our server came to check we mentioned how good everything was except it wasn't very warm. We weren't complaining and did not expect anything. She offered to take it back to the kitchen but we had already started and it was acceptable. Then the general manager came to our tab l e. Angel Reyes is the GM. and really cares about his patrons as does his chef Mr. Eric. They took wonderful care of us. It was a pleasure to meet him. He is awesome. His restaurant is welcoming and offers the best food and service I have experienced. (Sorry Ohio!) I wish I was going to be in Bradenton longer but I know my friends were extremely impressed with the food and especially Angel and will be returning often. Thank you Angel!

Enjoyed the noon lunch special burger, fries and soda...easy to get in with my walker, the food was good as was the service.

Always great food and great service. There are multiple TVs in the bar, so you can keep your eye on several games at once. The staff is friendly.

When we walked in the restaurant, it seemed like they were switching shifts. However, it didn’t stop our waiter from assisting us in a timely manner and other customers as they came in. He seated us and a few others. He made his rounds to get drink and food orders. Then came back around to update each customer on their order status. This guy was excellent. I wished I would have gotten his name. He deserves a raise and promotion if he is not already the manager. I mean it!

Chili’s to go, service and notification was on point. It was a good experience. Burgers were well prepared and as expected.

We turned a party of 4 into 20 for
graduation and our server Sean was AMAZING AND ACCOMMODATING!!! the staff including management was also amazing!!!! got our food SOOOO QUICK!!! We were prepared to wait a while for our meal
but wow as we finished ordering the food was being walked to the table!!! We appreciate how friendly the everyone here is. Shoutout to the management team!! Angel and one other manager introduced themselves, and sean was our server and he was PHENOMENAL!!! we will be back!

After so many years of having it, still the best!!!! Swiss Mushroom Burger (Substitute meat patty for Black Bean patty)!!!! and I'm not even vegetarian. It's super delicious!!!!!

So normally I don’t write these, but tonight it was more than earned. I will start by the fact that my wife and I frequent this place enough that we are considered regulars. So as far as that goes I really don’t expect any type of special service. Until tonight! We called in an order, and just by the flow we already knew some things may be off, nothing major. However it wasn’t until arriving back home, that I found one of our sides missing. Upon calling back, we spoke with Brian, who was willing to do whatever it took to satisfy, even so much as refunding the ENTIRE MEAL for just ONE SIDE! TALK ABOUT HOSPITALITY! My wife kindly turned that down and reminded them how we prefer their business and their service, plus it wasn’t a long drive anyway. The real surprise was when I got there. Mr Brian not only threw in a gift card but he also gave me an extra side of fries without me even asking! Now I know that ain’t special to most, but I don’t know how he knew fries are one of my favorites.! Thank you again to Brian and your team!

We stopped in after our son's graduation. The atmosphere is standard but our waitress, Hailey, was outstanding. She checked on us frequently and was patient with a slightly difficult person in our party. Go Caines!!

Went on a Sunday around 6 and had to wait like 10min. Our waitress was amazing! She was checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Steak was cooked very well and potatoes were yummy. Loved how the strawberry daiquiris ended up being 2 for 1. 💯
