I love the techs here. They made it really easy to transfer my meds from Casper. Pick-up and refills are SO simple here!
Affordability is 🤌🏻 Over half the cost was cut off mine from previous pharmacies, and they work with you on getting your meds quickly.
The lady there with the beads in her hair is amazing! She's helped me out a few different times, and is so nice!

Pole Mountain is amazing. They have delivered after delivery hours when I had sick kids, they’ve helped coordinate tricky refills with an out of state pharmacy, they’re friendly and helpful when I forget to refill last minute, they know who we are and are so amazing. I can not say enough positive things about them. It really does feel like they’re “in our corner.” Love them all!

I've been going to Pole Mountain for better than 5 years now. They are great team they work well with you and they know what they're doing. Always more than friendly and courteous and helpful. Best pharmacy in the world.

I love Pole Mountain, they're just the best. I had been with another big name pharmacy and it was pretty awful. Long lines, no customer services and the poor people that worked there were ground down to a nub. P.M. couldn't be more different, bright, enthusiastic service. Every.single.time. They go above and beyond literally every time I interact with them, would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Hands down the best pharmacy I've ever used. The staff greet you before you're all the way through the door and are beyond friendly and helpful.... even remembering me from past visits. The store itself is pristine and offers a range of items you didn't even know you needed.... They also offer text notification when your script is ready for pickup, but they're so quick with filling your med, you may not even need to utilize that feature. Oh, and vaccines.... they got you covered.Inreally can't imagine a reason why they would get anything other than five stars. Very professional and an overall small town vibe that you can't get anywhere else.

I have lived a lot of places, but Pole mountain is the best pharmacy I have ever found! They are quick, professional, helpful and very friendly. When I run out of refills they always contact my Dr on my behalf which is super appreciated! Even when a refill is needed I never have to wait more than 3 hours to get what I need. Navigating the health system, insurance… etc is always a pain point for me, and pole mountain has never added to the existing stress, thank you!!!

I never do reviews, but this pharmacy has consistently gone above and beyond for me since they opened. They stay on top of my meds so I don't miss any refills. They contact the dr for me. They have dropped off meds for me when I couldn't go get them. They help with the cost through discount programs. Today my Dr sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and Evan offered to contact the other pharmacy to get the prescription transferred. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Pole Mountain is hands down the BEST pharmacy in town. They're extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Excellent customer service. They're a huge support for the broader community and we're lucky to have them.

Super amazing staff! They personally take their time to help with any problems/questions that arise. I wasn’t going to be able to afford a very important medication that I need to be able to function in my daily life, and they helped me find ways to make it affordable. Their interaction with my insurance company is quick; making it easy for the staff to inform me of my insurance companies position. Made appointment to get Covid booster and RSV shots. Got them yesterday .. tech handling the needles was very attentive and worried about hurting me ..she didn't.

They are the best. Everyone is so helpful. The Pharmacists and staff put in 100+ % always. They are really knowledgeable.

My boys and I LOVE Pole Mountain and crew. I love that the pole mountain crew is so awesome with names and recognize you as you walk through the door. Even the newer team members are pretty quick at remembering you by name. Any time I have medication questions I know I can count on Brett, Evan, Lauren and Tanya to help me out.
