Ashley and Robin at Scrupps Estates are truly a dream team!! We went from looking at a house to closing in 23 days, for only the cost of an inspection out of pocket, on a VA loan, which wouldn’t have been possible without them.

We actually weren’t planning on looking at houses until after the new year, but we saw a house that met all our the key items for us, in the location we wanted and for a great price. I knew that we would use Ashley and her team once we started looking so I text her at 8pm on a Sunday night letting her know we found our house and wanted to submit an offer.
