Friendly staff. As a regular they go the extra mile. The pizza is fabulous. Get a whole one and let them cook it. Great value and in less than three minutes.

I absolutely love this store. I have been going to this store since last ten years but its a whole new experience under new owner. He is really nice and the staff is very welcoming and friendly who is keen and ready to help the customers. The store is up-to-date and fully stocked. Fresh coffee and donuts are a must. They have so many deals on hot food, soda and my favorite candies. I always look forward for their Sea-hawk's collection. It is amazing how such a young owner runs this place so well. I would highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work!

If its between the hours of 10pm and 6am DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come to this 7- 11! Unless,of course, you enjoy being treated like a massive inconvenience, in which case, you'll love it here. I've been coming to this 7-11 for about 8 years because it's right next to my house, and have always been treated with courtesy and respect no matter what. I now walk the extra 1/2 mile to go to the other 7- 11 on 2nd street or to the AM/PM by the roundabout. Edit: they now have different people working at night so my statement no longer applies thankfully

Too many tweakers hanging out begging for money, and that reason I stopped shopping there. I'd shop there if they catered more to the customers than to beggers.

Inspect EVERYTHING you purchase.
My son bought a coffee creamer there and when he got it home realized it had been open and used already, partially gone. Disgusting. And the hours of operation are hit and miss... there shouldnt be hours posted if they are not open during those hours.

Late night clerk has an attitude n that needs to be checked. Everytime I've been there he's on his phone jibbering away and not paying attention to anyone. I've been there twice to get propane and when I asked him he seemed so irritated that I had interrupted his phone call then he finally gets what I'm asking and quickly says no propane we are out! Bet the owner would love to know how much business they are missing out on since I know of at least 3 people that steer clear of that store. Tonight he tells me to be quick! Cute he thinks he's a grown man. This type of kid is a product of bad parenting period. Parents should be ashamed for raising such a doche waffle. He belongs somewhere else not dealing with the public.

Would love for the owner to explain why you can buy any size coffee and get a free muffin for $2.49, but somehow a coffee refill in my own 20 oz mug is $2.99?

You're going to charge me 50 cents for saving *you* the cost of the cup? And I don't get a muffin?

That's absolutely a ripoff unless your cashier is improperly trained and made a mistake. Ridiculous.

Bad service seven eleven has a policy to keep the coffee cups behind the counter because the Corona virus, the employees had to handle the cups to the costumer.my question is what's the difference they're touching everybody's money and grab my coffee cup. I just had bad experience with this particular seven eleven I stopped for a coffee and employee went outside dumping some stuff in the dumpster with his gloves on he never pull off the gloves we he comeback inside the store I asked for a coffee cup and with respect at least take off his gloves before he touch my cup he refused to take off his disposable gloves, (real question is) is that the best way to control the speed of the virus!!!!

I am completely disgusted and shocked at the way I was just treated here. I stopped in here despite living closer to another 7-11 because this one usually has a wider selection, but I guess that's what I get for wanting more. Lesson learned. The older woman at the counter with dark, long hair working the afternoon shift on the 8th of March did not greet us when we came in. She did however watch us as if we were lost dogs that had wandered into her store. I have always had a young looking face so I'm used to the "suspicious" look people give me. It's nothing new. I shook it off and my company and I brought our items up front. We waited patiently despite the fact the woman continued to help other customers coming in (she greeted them) to be helped with hot food. After a while she finally decided our money was good enough and she came over to get our food. I went up to the counter assuming my company was behind me, but woops! He wasn't. Another customer came up and I quickly went to move my stuff out of the way -apologizing as I did-, but before I could she carelessly SHOVED my items to the side as if my stuff was garbage. I let it go because it was a long day at work and I just wanted to get my stuff and get back to my home to relax. Seeing my company coming up to the counter I moved my stuff back and told her he'd be right up so she could start checking us out. She smiled at the next customer as if she was going to try and push me to the side again but I wasn't going to move. After checking us out she wanted both our IDs despite the fact my company was clearly getting the items himself. I don't always have my wallet with me at work as I can't have it on my person, so I hadn't even thought to stop and grab it on a quick trip to 7-11 to get coffee and food. In a rude tone she explained you had to be 21 to buy the alcohol, as if I was really so stupid as to not know that. She talked as if speaking to a 5 year old. I asked if she would hold the stuff while we went home and I could grab my ID and she tried to FORCE us to buy the other stuff instead. We had hot food and I didn't want it to get cold. She could hold it, keep it warm, and we could come back and buy everything. And I explained this. She said that's why she wanted us to buy it and then come back for the other stuff. It's like she thought the food wouldn't get cold if it left the store and sat in the car on a cold, wet day. Or she thought that I would go shove the food down my throat and then quickly come back for the other stuff. Both absurd and I told her it seemed ridiculous that she wouldn't just hold our stuff for us. She called us ridiculous in turn, and all after I'd agree to go home and get my ID and come all the way back despite the fact my company had their ID and it was their stuff. As we left I heard her immediately start talking about us to the next customer, and once I got to the car and realized what she'd said I sighed and we went to the 7-11 closer to home - getting our stuff without problem by a cashier who greeted us and went out of her way to get us everything we wanted despite having twice as many people in the store as the other one had. I almost wanted to tell her to run up town and give someone a lesson in proper customer service, but silently bit my tongue and thanked her for being so helpful. I appreciate good customer service, and clearly having a wider selection doesn't mean good service.

So I guess there is a new law stating that psn cards can't be sold past 11. At least that's what the older gentleman behind the counter told me as he refused me service. I've been coming here my whole life and never been told something so wildly false. All he did was blame the owner basically calling him out.

Lady there closes the store early, basically whenever she feels like it. Owner probably doesn’t even know.
