Best Western Premier Richmond City Gateway

Great place with friendly staff.
They have a bar and grill in the hotel.
Good burger with few cold beers, and the 2 ladies are very nice.
I'll come back

Room was decent and clean. The tv did not work to share my Netflix from my phone which was a disappointment due to having to be there for the weekend with no movie to watch. It did connect with Bluetooth for music tho so that was ok. Overall not a bad choice for the price.

GM Prince is always professional and friendly. This hotel is certainly an upscale and also very comfortable establishment located in the heart of Richmonds Southside district.
I will continue to choose Best Western Premier as my hotel of choice when in Richmond, Virginia.

I stayed here 3/26/23. There weren't any rooms available here or anywhere else. Nita wentboutbof her way to get me a cleaned room as soon as possible. She was great along with the rest of her staff! Excellent customer service! The room was very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. I've stayed here many, many times for work, and they never disappoint! Full breakfast, pool, fitness center, among other things. Full bar and restaurant on site. They go out of their way to make your experience exceptional. I will always recommend this hotel, and any time I'm in the area and need a place to stay, I will go here. Thank you to all of the staff at this

This was an amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and kind, the breakfast was great and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t wanna leave! The room was pretty clean too! The location right off the highway was super convenient. I mean seriously 0 complaints! Only good things to say!

Nice clean room and very comfy bed. Got a few steps in getting to my room on other side of hotel, but all in all, no complaints. Food, including breakfast, is available throughout the day at the Victory Bar and Grill restaurant located within the hotel on first level.

This would be my second time staying at this property and I have nothing bad to say. It is very comfortable, the staff is respectful. The first time I stayed I had hurt my toe prior to arriving and the receptionist ensured that I had a first floor room that wasn’t far from my car! I truly appreciated that kind of compassion!

Room where great, Service was great! The location was a little “Hood” People smoking marijuana in the rooms it got all in my room. But they gave me spray & did a raid on the rooms. Breakfast was good 💪🏽

Antonio and his crew took great care of us. Very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast is top notch not just a banana and a donut but real food. Eggs, hashbrowns, oatmeal, pancakes. It was great. The pool was down and my daughter still enjoyed her stay. Very pleasant staff always cordial in the halls and when you need something very accommodating. Did I mention one of the cleanest places we've stayed. Always someone cleaning. Thanks so much for the nice place to stay and healthy way to start our day. We will definitely be seeing you again and again and again lol 😆

For my vacation I secured the perfect hotel stay - it offered an excellent rate, was exceptionally clean and boasted a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help ensure that my experience was memorable.

The staff polite and friendly rooms are spacious I did find the bed a little on the soft side but all in all was ok, the gym is a really good size they put aside 2 rooms for equipment which is nice.
Breakfast was different good selection.
Lots of parking and good wifi, pool was outside so closed for the season.
All in all a good stay.

Just in town for work. Everything I would have wanted. Quiet. Clean. Decent WiFi. Surprisingly comfortable bed. Good temp controls in the room. Nice size.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Real eggs. Real food. Usually I am disappointed and just eating because but I actually went back for full plate of seconds. Nice staff. Accommodating. On top of keeping foods refreshed. This is the most I've ever written about a complimentary breakfast.

The staff was very nice. I showed up without a reservation and they didn't give me some ridiculous price. Much appreciated. I also was a pain and wanted to use gift cards that the company had given me. They handled it well. They needed a manager to process it. One wasn't there when I checked out so I gave them cards and a credit for the balance. I had forgotten about it and they called me hours later just to let me know one had an issue and how much the charge had been. It was a nice courtesy.

All around a pleasant and problem free stay. Will definitely come back next time.

Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable with more than enough pillows.

We slept well, which is saying a lot. The lobby coffee was good, even though I am not a fan of fake creamer. The late night check in lady was sweet. We got awesome breakfast to go from Golden Chicken. Yay!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Comfortable furniture and everything worked, a.c., fridge, coffee maker, etc... Nice large bathroom with a proper working shower head. The staff is very friendly and pleasantly helpful. We'll definitely stay here again in our travels.

I stayed here during my transition from BCT to AIT and I’m glad I did. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the room was clean. My only issue I had was the washing machine ate my money but Antonio at the front desk helped me swiftly and kindly! I would stay here again, and I’m so glad Antonio was a huge help and was so nice and professional doing it! If you’re looking for an affordable stay with clean rooms and a friendly staff, this is the place!

Really clean and comfortable place with very nice staff the only problem I had was the restaurant that is attached I waited for a menu for 5 minutes not bad then while I was waiting for them to come back another person came in they forgot me and got their order waited for it and gave it to them never came back to get me anything so I just left I will never go back to the restaurant but I like the hotel

We had a Women’s conference here and the staff was excellent friendly and professional. The conference room was absolutely beautiful. The sales office took great care of us. The food was excellent. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back.

Nice experience here and want to take a moment to acknowledge an employee. It was on the noisy side because of a youth sporting event. Antonio, the front desk clerk, empathized and acted by putting me in a quiet corner of the hotel. I hope this hotel acknowledges him as a valued employee, he made my stay. He was friendly and patient with each customer and really impressed me with his customer service.
