Belle Pepper's Bed & Breakfast

Amazing BnB with a beautiful view of the mountains and river. John and Pepper have a beautiful historic house that is just perfect to stay at while you’re in Joseph. They also have some goats and chickens outback along the river. I would recommend Belle Peppers to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun stay in Joseph.

Even during COVID social distancing, John and Pepper were welcoming and gracious. The extra attention to details was key for ensuring safety and relaxation. The house is beautiful, the gardens and river are fun to explore, the close proximity to Arrowhead chocolates is of course also very important. Always enjoy staying here and highly recommend it. Oh and the breakfast of course is delicious too. Thank you!

Memorial weekend getaway during Phase1 covid-19. Even with strict guidelines, as we are all following, John and pepper pulled it off to perfectly. Breakfast to the room each morning, (which was delicious) usually would be served with other guests in the dining room. Room was comfortable and perfect location for bars, restaurants and outdoor activities. Great property with an acre of land and a little river/canal to explore. If you want a relaxing getaway, can't go wrong in choosing this B&B to stay at

We stayed for a long weekend, and enjoyed the peace and quiet after our goings for the day. John and Pepper are great host and serve a great breakfast and they are willing to share any information you might need. Give them a try and see if for yourself.

Excellent home with beautiful views. John and Pepper were wonderful hosts and breakfast was delicious! 1 block from downtown, walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to go back!

Stayed back in September. Cute, clean, charming and beautiful bed and breakfast in Joseph! John was an excellent host and takes COVID safety seriously. Definitely recommend!

We rented the whole house plus set up tents. We had a family reunion. It was the best reunion so far. They served a great breakfast and were so nice. I would love to go back. I probably will in the next few years.

Just wonderful all around. So much care and safety around covid protocols. Beautiful historic house with hosts that have restored and maintained all the details. Great location near town but tucked away along a river for some peaceful white noise. Very comfortable and delicious food for breakfast!

Beautiful home and very friendly hosts. John made many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area, and Pepper cooked delicious breakfasts. Definitely plan to return.
