Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Absolutely spectacular hotel! Rooms were recently updated and are very tasteful. Staff is super friendly. Valet parking only and it’s quite expensive. Really enjoyed our time on this resort and would definitely come again.

Amazing facility located on one of the best beaches in Maui. Perfect for sunsets. Good snorkeling right to the south of the resort. Saw Eels, Turtles, Trigger fish etc... the main restaurant was under renovation while we were there. Also, some hotel renovation is going on but not disturbing. Plenty of good places to eat within a 10-15 min. easy walk. Well kept grounds, room was clean and well maintained. I almost wish that there was a microwave in the room. We got so much food every place we ate and had to leave it behind. The lobby and main common area is breathtaking. Nice selection of shopping on resort that is not price gouging. I bought some Olu Kai sandals and they were the same price as in many of the off-site shopping locations. Nice little market to grab and go or order lite lunches and breakfast items.

My first trip to Maui was made memorable by my stay at the Grand Wailea. The hotel was beautiful, the service excellent. They made us feel special. We loved that we were able to walk from our hotel to the beach where they set up our umbrella and lounge chairs, which allowed us to swim in the ocean. They offered snorkeling where we were able to see the beautiful Coral, and the beautiful fish. We also swam next to a sea turtle as he came up for air. I felt like we were swimming in an aquarium. There is so many things I liked about my stay, but these are but a few. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Actually, I've never stayed here overnight. Every time I visit the location, I see something new and beautiful. I like the stores. The layout of the lobby is incredible. The landscape is a like walking in a dream.
The staff is welcoming even if they know that you're not a guest.

Cash upgrade to napua lounge worth it . Pricey. Lounge chairs are all together without spaces so spent 600.00 for cabana daily for 2 days. Big splurge. 65 to park yikes. Food good. Service great. Not crowded.

This great, massive hotel is undergoing multiple renovations including Olivine (was Molikini), Humuhumu restaurant, the Spa, etc. the finest pools and drink/food service overlooking Wailea beach.

Gorgeous hotel and super friendly staff. They are currently doing some renovations but I think it would be an amazing destination wedding location once everything is completed! Lots of pool options and the beds are super comfy. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel with many bars and restaurants. This is a beach front property. The hotel is located close to all of Maui best offering.

The room is very spacious and clean. I would recommend anyone who comes to Maui to stay here :)

My recent stay at the Grand Wailea in Hawaii was a dream come true. This high-end resort is located in the breathtaking Wailea area and boasts sandy stretches of beach, lush golf courses, and fancy shops and dining options.

As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the beauty of the resort. The architecture was stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived.

One of my favorite experiences during my stay was taking advantage of the photo session that was available to us. The professional photographers captured some stunning shots of my partner and I against the backdrop of the resort, and these photos will always be a special memory for us.

The Grand Wailea has everything you could possibly want in a resort. The multiple pools, including a lazy river and an adults-only pool, were incredible. The spa and fitness center were top-notch, and the beach was just steps away from the property. I even had the opportunity to try some water sports and activities, which was so much fun.

When it came to dining, the Grand Wailea did not disappoint. We tried several restaurants on the property, and each one was absolutely delicious.

I cannot recommend the Grand Wailea enough. From the luxurious amenities to the beautiful setting and friendly staff, every aspect of my stay was truly special. If you're looking for a memorable and luxurious vacation in Hawaii, this resort is the place to be.

This is an amazing resort. Very expensive per night rates, but the amenities are toonmanu tonbe used and get bored of for the entire families. There are so many amazing pools and garden areas. Access to the beach and the views of sunset are breathtaking.

The hotel floor we were in was recently renovated (2023). It's spacious and the bathroom is beautiful and relaxing. Staff was very helpful. The water slides and lazy river made for fun family time. We went in April spring break and the pool and beach never felt crowded. The spa and shopping area make it easy to get items if you don't plan on leaving the property. We're definitely returning soon!

Great top of the line hotel. Great staff. Very welcoming. So many waterslides even my 2 year old was super happy with the slides

First off before as soon as we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted by the valet who wouldn't even let us grab our own bags, they said we're currently on vacation leave the hard work to us they grabbed our bags and move them to our rooms for us. Upon checking in our room that were extremely clean and extremely nice The hotel staff is excellent. We stayed here for a total of 5 days and four nights The valet has our car ready for us within the matter of a couple minutes every single time The hotel cleaning staff does an excellent job every single day. And the hotel is in a awesome location they have fantastic pools for the kids and some just for the adults and just across the sidewalk you can venture off to the beach that's right in front of the hotel or behind however you want to look at it. Anywho me and my family have stayed in plenty of hotels within Hawaii Oahu and Maui and this has to be the nicest one so far.

Beautiful grounds especially the orchids which were everywhere. I stayed in the chapel wing and the room was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean/grounds. The spa is undergoing renovation but they still have a temporary set up. I had two massages during my stay- Shout out to Tony who did a wonderful job. The Aloha truck pony had really good brisket/fish tacos. So many pool spots to pick from and also ocean front seating to enjoy the waves. The drinks were good and the service was quick. Overall very happy with this stay and would come back again.

Took the family to there Awesome Sunday brunch. Had an awesome experience at the brunch. Everything was DELICIOUS!!

Great location, beautiful resort and absolutely amazing service and people working! The beach is beautiful and the resort is stunning and massive! So much to do just on resort. Tons of pools and waterslides and lots of rental options for the ocean as well as their own little shopping area for clothes and supplies. The pizza place by the beach is phenomenal and worth all the money as well. Just know it can get pricey, but worth it all day long!

Can’t say enough great things about this resort. The staff is absolutely amazing! We stayed in a Royal Suite which I highly recommend if you can book it. Fair amount of construction going on but not disruptive. The only disappointing thing is the water elevator is no longer in operation…supposedly can’t get parts. My son volunteered our machine shop to repair it for them….bless his heart. Everything else at this resort is top notch!
