Don't ever expect these guys to answer any of their phone lines.. no customer service, Hr no one! Then they get mad if you tell them that thats what they don’t do and get aggressive! At least their employees at the valet parking areas are more professional than their management!

Seven One Seven Parking and Jason Accardi WILL STEAL FROM YOU, the 1523 North Franklin street location has no attendant, no price of parking posted, no debit / credit card payment, no change provided, no receipt provided. They do have what looks like a sheet of plywood with slots cut out in it, but the slots have no numbers that correspond with faded parking spot numbers. Confused customers don't know how much money to stick in what slot. From what I am reading on line, many customers at different locations where the price and slots numbers are posted, pay for parking and get a parking ticket anyway, with no receipt they have no proof they paid. Their BBB rating is an ( F ) Learn from other peoples mistakes, do not park 717, YOU WILL BE SCAMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY !!

Can I leave less than 1 star? I've called multiple times during business hours and only get a recording. The email support cannot comprehend the most basic concepts. I don't think the email support staff speak English at all. Worst customer service of any company on the planet.

Total scam pricing. Will only let you buy a whole day of parking, so even if you only need an hour, too bad. Park anywhere else but in 717 lots.

The worst!!! Never park where seven one seven events parking is located !! This parking garage is above Fords Garage! They advertise $7.00 for parking then up charge to $10.00 when you go to leave!

Damaged my truck in April 2021. Its August no payment. Awful company. Will report to BBB.

Don't keep valuables in your car, even if it's a cup of change, because these valet guys will steal it.
