Ace Hardware of Palm Bay

Employees are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They make keys in case you're looking for a place that doesn't price gouge you! I find there are tons of mobile services here that are ripping people off & charging an exorbitant amount of money just to come to your house to make a simple copy of your keys. Smh. True locksmiths seem almost non-existent around here. Ace also has a bunch of home improvement stuff you may not find at the big box stores. Great prices on mulch, too! Highly recommend

These older AH's are the best. Amazingly stocked with so much stuff. I went looking on the AH website for some replacement parts for my Big Green Egg & this was the only one out of 4-5 in Brevard & Indian River that had everything I wanted in stock!

Wow, Now this place has all the right people and on hand. Never have I had to go find employees, they look for you. They carry glass to replace your own windows for a tenth of the price. They build your window screens. This is any ACE you may visit any store and they all have service.

I would Highly recommend this Ace Hardware store. T walked in with a broken key off my fob. I did not have the car with me as the first time around it wouldn’t start. The staff instructed me on what I needed to do to get the car started and bring it to them. The Manager Jeremy then personally cut the key and programed the fob so the car would start. At first try of programing the car wouldn’t go into a non-security mode but instead of giving up Jeremy stayed until the job was completed. Very courteous good prices. May not have everything some of the largest stores carry, but they carry enough to make it worth my trip!

If you check elsewhere and can't find it, most likely ACE has it.

Compared to running up and down the isles, trying to find help at Home Depot or Lowes
Help greeted me as I walked in, then led me to the correct isle.

Friendly helpful place and always has the odd things you can't find anywhere else. May cost a few cents more. But a pleasure over the other choices.

I received assistance walking thru the door, literally! Within minutes the gentleman who help my dog and I thru the door handed me exactly what I had been to the big box stores for. Totally grateful. I will most definitely go to them from that point forward.

I prefer to patronize Ace when they carry the same products I'm looking for at a competitive price. I just love the Palm Bay store; they're perfect for running jn to pick up an item or two and be on your way of you wish. I actually like to just go jn and look arpund! There's always interesting seasonal gift items....alot of unique thing

Amsoil available here! Signature series, motorcycle, and diesel oil all on the shelf for about $16 a quart. Helpful staff who were happy to help us find some brass fittings as well!

This ACE hardware is the best. Nice supply of whatever you need, and staff are right there asking if you need help finding anything.

While I was shopping, the clerk asked if I found what I wanted. He held the door open when I left and also put my shopping cart back for me! Excellent service.

Very knowledgeable staff and very eager to help. Propane filling is one of the main reasons I go here.
