Elite Roads

over the years I have bought several sets of wheels from Elite Roads. They’re buildings changed , their management changes their personnel changes, but never their good service. It is always always excellent. Most recent wheels I bought were from a gentleman named Orlando, who couldn’t have been nicer and the important thing to me was he kept me completely aware, even in off hours through text of what was going on with my order. I was even able to text him at home on the weekend and he would answer. That just usually doesn’t happen in today’s retail environment. The techs were great, the shop foreman was great. I couldn’t be happier. I recommend these guys five stars all the way.

This place is awesome. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Best place to get rims for your car or truck. It's the little things they do for you as a customer that makes them great. Love the rims I got for my car.

I went on a Saturday with my dog, the young man help me ,very professional, I had my dog with me , they were very nice , even the young lady offer to give my dog water.
Even tho my wheels had to be replace bc they were bend , they balance them, it feels a lot better.

I honestly don't know how anyone can go anywhere else. I had an idea what I liked but just wanted some help. I originally went to dales because of a friend and was ignored.. Seriously waited a week and nothing.. Multiple texts. Sad really. Now I got annoyed and looked around and thank fully I found Elite Roads and the all star ORLANDO. I gave him my budget and some ideas of what I wanted and baam.. Exactly what I was looking for, Under budget and all over text. Once I got there they helped me with my car and made me feel like a real person.. This place will be my goto location for anything car related.. Cheers to this team.

Great place the staff knows thier stuff and the can repair everything that can be repaired. The prices are fair and they do the job quickly. I come from 15 miles away because it's worth the trip.

I was replacing all fours from a pothole accident when I found Elite roads. My representative, Orlando, was super helpful, knowledgeable and creative! I thought he owned the building the way he demonstrated excellent customer service. He patiently walked me through all options and understood my situation to help me find the perfect new set. Highly recommended!

Years ago I Had an excellent experience with Good Roads, and was hoping for the same this time around. Elite roads did not disappoint. I brought a picture and some specs of how I wanted my truck to look, consulted with a gentleman named Orlando trusting his expertise we set the appointment. I was nervous...received pic when it was done... I smiled :) Orlando got it exactly how i wanted it. Thank you Orlando, Thank you Elite Roads> see you guys in 5000 miles.

I needed a 4 wheel alignment, the waiting lobby is very nice with leather sofas, complimentary coffee and a vending machine. The technician that did my alignment was very curtious and had no problems with a lowered car with custom suspension. I will definitely use them again.

Only place I bring my vehicles. Best shop with the best customer experience. Phil’s the man!

Orlando took care of me on my truck build. Very satisfied with the service. I got new wheels and tires plus the alignment from them all in one shot. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for work in the future.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is!! Yall are the freaking BEST! I needed a key for my locked lug nuts and i was on a wild goose chase all day looking for them. These guys had them and gave me the key that fit. I will forever be grateful because apparently they are very hard to come by! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
