My dad was having trouble receiving his CPAP equipment. I came into your store to see if I could get some help with this. Chyrl Pennington went above and beyond to help me with this situation. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She is absolutely the best!!!

I want to thank Lance (cannot remember his last name) who came to deliver a walker to my 90 yr. old mother on 12/29/19 before she was discharged from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was very polite, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the device, provided education and the opportunity for us to ask questions. Great job!

I highly recommend Roberts Home Medical in Christiansburg, VA. I worked with Chryl Pennington at this location to secure a rollator for a family member. Chryl was so helpful, so positive, and very knowledgeable of the equipment, and the Medicare process. She demonstrated the equipment and made sure I understood the ins and outs of the hand brakes, wheels, etc. It was very nice, during a stressful time, to have someone like Chryl available to answer questions. Again, highly recommend.

The salesperson helped us choose the right size walker. She showed us how to adjust it. She explained clearly how to use it. She took all the time we needed. Well worth a few extra dollars to get this quality of service instead of ordering online.

The people are extremely rude unless you're paying with cash. My daughter broke her foot, and I called the insurance to see if a knee scooter was covered and they said yes. The orthopaedic doctor faxed the order for one to this place. My husband went to pick it up and the receptionist wouldn't even take the time to run it thru insurance. She just looked at him and said it's not covered. What a slacker. Also some other people were in there too and an elderly couple, she was nice to the elderly couple because they were paying cash, so basically she didn't have to do anything. She treated the other people extremely rude just like us. With her working there I am surprised they are still in business. I'm going to go over her head and make a complaint to corporate .

5 weeks ago my wheelchair broke. My Dr, sent them a faxed prescription. 5 weeks and 4 faxed prescriptions later, no wheelchair. When I called Advanced, they said they never received a fax and the Dr. Should send another fax!! So I went with Linn Care in Pulaski. Got my wheelchair 24 hours later.

I dropped my order off in Aug. I had my surgery in September and they never order my equipment and the lady at the front desk was SUPER rude and was yelling at my husband said she had no idea why the equipment wasn't there . She does the paperwork they never called my doctor to get his information.

Adapthealth seriously over charges for CPAP supplies. Over $900 for monthly supplies. Nasal pillows, tubing, filters and a water resivor.
