Love this place everyone is so nice and I have never had issues with my prescriptions above and beyond pharmacy and everything and the food there is amazing too!!

Nicest and most compassionate pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever been too.i would recommend colonial to anyone looking for a pharmacy.i wish I could give more stars.

It is worth the extra few miles to go to Colonial Pharmacy. They ALL go above and beyond helping their customers. I am extremely happy with the customer service! I also like being able to relax and have breakfast or lunch at the FAMOUS ROZ’S CAFE, while waiting on a prescription. Home cooked meals and desserts. Don’t forget to check out Becky’s corner too. Doesn’t get any better then this. ♥

Friendly and attentive staff. The pharmacist was very helpful with transferring my Rx and medicine was available in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend switching from big chain pharmacies to this pharmacy for better care and service.

I am so happy I found this pharmacy when I moved to the mechanicsville area. Matt is such a genuine caring pharmacist and will take the time to explain things without making you feel like your bothering. He is kind and so is all of the staff at colonial. Highly recommend yo anyone looking for a very easy going no pressure experience. He helped me with my decision on getting the vaccine by explaining everything to me again no pressure or anything and it made my decision so much easier to get it. Love this place. Never had any issues with anything!

I have been coming here for 40 years and counting. Has not changed in all these years and that is exactly the way it should be. A small town pharmacy with the personal touch and wonderful people. I hope it is around for at least another 40 plus years. I have been coming here since I was a baby and my great grandmother used to come here as well. It has all you ever wanted and more. Wheelchairs, personal care items, that special item, non prescription items and OTC, school and office supplies and different kinds of gifts and even a lunch counter. Check it out.

The pharmacist is a rare find, he is knowledgeable, answers questions and explains so well. He really should be recognized for being one of the most informative pharmacists available and it's hard to find that these days. I was so uneasy about the covid vaccine and his educated and informative answers to my questions made me feel more at ease. I will go there for the 1st vaccine and feel safer to have it done there

Colonial Pharmacy is THE BEST Pharmacy in the state of Virginia. I say that because I live in Lynchburg, VA and go through them for one of my prescriptions and the head pharmacist is so kind and helpful, and he really cares about his customers. There's been a couple times that I've had issues receiving my medication through UPS, and the head Pharmacist made sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Everyone working there appears to be good ole', down country folks that care about their neighbors and their customers, whether local or far away. I highly recommend doing business with them for all of your pharmacy needs!

Best pharmacy in Richmond. Very friendly and helpful. For those that complain because they couldn't get thier meds a day earlier. You should be blaming DEA not the pharmacist. Matt is probably the best in the business
