Wonderful experience at this branch.

I had to drive here to speak to someone about a lost package, and had a very traumatic experience at the Blacksburg branch (which led to me breaking down in tears at the front counter). The front employees were so kind and courteous and the gentleman who helped me immediately went to the postmaster to have him assist me further.

The postmaster (Jason) was very kind as we walked through the issue and what most likely happened. In the end, USPS was at fault, but he gave me more information for the next time I encounter something like this, for which I was grateful. Everyone was so kind to me and I will absolutely be doing all my business at this branch in the future.

I am not sure why the bad reviews. I have lived in the area for several years and always had good service at this branch. Walter and the lady with short hair (sorry don't know her name) are both knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The lady is just a sweetheart and always cheerful even when I have seen people give her a hard time.

This location has great easy fast services so that you're in and out. They are also great about helping with any questions and being patient with bulk packages. I would suggest being very careful when you pull into the parking lot though because there is a huge dip right there.

Friendly and helpful employees. The shipping supplies are always fully stocked. And other than right before closing time, there is rarely a line.

I live in Blacksburg and drive to Christiansburg just to go to this post office as it is drastically better than either of the ones in Blacksburg. Everyone who works there is unbelievably friendly, patient, and efficient. Especially Pam, Aziz, and Walt (who I think retired recently). I ship multiple packages at least twice a week for etsy, and every time I go in there the service is so pleasant and very fast, even right before the holidays when there is a line going out the door.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Handled my international packages well. This post office is also much better than the two offices in Blacksburg. If you have a car, I would recommend this one over the other two in Blacksburg.

I don’t know why there are all these negative comments, but I love going to the post office here. Everyone has been so nice, even when my child has been upset and causing a scene. They give my daughter stickers and some remember her name. I am use to having rude attitudes from the post offices in SC, so I have loved this group at Christiansburg.

I have enjoyed my experiences at this post office so far. Unfortunately one of the times the system was down so they were only taking cash or check, but they had a lot of signs posted about it and I had cash on me so it didn't cause an issue. The clerks were friendly and the wait was either non-existent or very reasonable.

Today is December 18th. Was in and out of here with a stack a packages within 15 minutes even given the long lines. These People have their shish together even given the high volume for the holidays. Great job USPS!

Pam is an amazing worker. She’s always cheerful and helps solve all of your shipping issues.

They provide much better service than the ones in Blacksburg.
