I've been going here for 2-3 years this place is awesome! There is only one lady that I don't like she has short blonde have and is very rude. Other than that I love the employees they are super fun. I love the environment it's always so chill!

Heather was super helpful and professional today. She saw me looking at longboards and help guide me through the purchasing process. She approached me within a couple minutes of being in the store. Her knowledge surpassed my expectations as she said she owns each kind of skateboard you offer. I used to work retail and have done customer service for 20 years. Heather did a great job of bouncing between me and other customers. While helping me search for boards online, she noticed what appeared to be a shoplifter and handled it very well. She didn't make it obvious that she was watching and was able to take care of it without startling any customers. Thanks for the enjoyable experience buying a board.

Took my daughter to get a skateboard for her birthday and I'm so glad this is the Zumiez we picked!! I didn't think to ask the young mans name that helped my 13 year old pick her board and parts because he was amazing! He had no problem answering any and all questions and was patient while my teen changed her mind more than once! Would definitely go back if in this area again!!

workers are friendly and welcoming. for experienced skaters- i wouldn’t recommend getting your boards SET UP here, but they carry fantastic decks, trucks, wheels, and accessories.

Amazing customer service. The employees went beyond their assigned duties and spent extra time to accommodate an odd purchase request. I would shop there again just based off service.

They have great selections. My granddaughter found the converse she wanted. She was so excited !! Great customer service too 👍

I just bought myself a new board from this place because my other one broke... and I can not tell you how friendly these people are... I was a little sceptical because I usually buy my boards from 3rd party sellers but boy was this a game changer... I love the store, the vibe was terrific...

Nice employees, great service. My daughter bought a pair of Fila sandals and the employee that helped her was extremely friendly and fast. Would recommend going here

Workers are always super nice and pleasant. Clothing is always nice, too. Always come to Zumiez when I go to the West County Mall, and half the reason is because of the service.
