Amazing experience. First time trying out new food choices.
Owners and staff very friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to order. Food was delicious and portions are very generous.
But wait there's more the bakery. You just need to try out this restaurant.

Had #1 Pedro’s Favorite for breakfast and it was soooo good 👍🏻!! A traditional Honduran breakfast made to order and eggs cooked as requested to perfection. Also bought some traditional cookies to have as a snack after hiking and they were awesome too. Lenoir North Carolina local are so lucky to have this restaurant and bakery in their city.

This was my first time here, and I’ll definitely be back. The food was delicious, the place very clean and cute, and the couple that owned it very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This is our go to bakery when needing cakes or cupcakes for parties! All items are beautiful and taste delicious!! Highly recommend !! (Cake pictured was red velvet with cream cheese icing, and it melted in your mouth!)

Me and my family have had their delicious cakes with the milk in them, they are truly wonderful and something everyone must experience in this life! I have had the fried chicken and my wife likes the Honduran tacos, both are delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. This is a taste of Honduras in Hudson NC, a must try for anyone who values delicious food and quality!

We had some miscommunication along the way and ended up with a cake with a different design than intended. However the cake tasted amazing! We had a white or yellow cake (I don’t recall) with fresh strawberries inside! It was one of the best deserts I’ve ever had! Recommend for all your baking needs!

Great place to eat at. The food is very delicious and the owner Blanca is a great person that cares about her customers and treats everyone kindly. We have been here many times and our experiences have always been great in every aspect. Our favorite food here is the Baleada Supreme. Its a huge flour tortilla filled with beans, eggs scrambled with sausage, cheese and avocado. I definitely reccomend. :)

Lunch was great! Had authentic Honduran beef soup that had all sorts of delicious cuts of beef in it with large vegetables, very savory and very filling. Co-workers had Cuban sandwiches that looked really good. Large selection of cookies and deserts as well, I had a massive sugar cookie with strawberry filling that was incredible.

Absolutely the best Honduran food around! All the dishes here have a unique exquisite authentic taste that you must try them all! I recommend the Baleada Supreme to anyone who has not tried any Honduran food. The service is excellent and the place was very clean and beautifully decorated! I would give them more stars if I could! A must go and a local favorite! Thank you Blancas cakes!

Great, freshly made, pastries and sweets, mostly of Latin origin. A very welcome treat in our community. Always something to temmpt your taste buds. Blanca is a hands on owner and takes great pride in making quality products. Highly recommend you at least go once and try something new. You can buy doughnuts anywhere.

Authentic and amazing! We had breakfast (traditional Honduran) and it was phenomenal. Plantains, avacado, eggs and fresh cheese. It was perfect!
