I was in a pinch, big time! Thank goodness store it storage with being an official U-Haul dealer, I needed a vehicle hauler trailer.

They were kind, professional, helpful and educational!
Very reasonable prices and I'm going to definitely be a repeat customer for my U-Haul needs or storage!

We rented a 15 foot truck from Store-It-Storage in March of 2022. Lexie was very helpful with our reservation for a good price. The truck was delivered on time. We drove it over 900 miles with no problems. My husband said that it was easy to drive.

Donna and Lexie are amazing. They provide excellent customer service. Over the last 6 months I rented two units and never had a problem with accessing units, cleanliness, water or pests. The facility is safe and they have security cameras. The company does not demand you buy one of their padlocks which also saves money. The best thing about renting here instead of somewhere else in town, is how Donna and Lexie go the extra mile to be helpful. They sincerely care about their customers. I also rented a U-Haul from Donna and she even made the experience pleasant and even fun!

I have to say Store It Storage in Williston is the best storage place around. It is because of Donna being so personable and willing to help how ever she can. I had been searching for a storage unit to store my household belongings when I found Store-It Storage and read the reviews. I immediately called and spoke to Donna, not once, but 3 times, with new questions each time. Donna was so patient and helpful, I reserved the unit site unseen. When I went there to see the unit and pay, Donna and Lexi were so informative, kind and had such warm smiles, it made my day. They even offered to help me when I come back with my stuff. Store -It has very nice units, it is well secured, and the manager, Donna Yawn is VERY helpful. They have excellent rates and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. If i ever need another unit or uhaul service i will go to Store-It Storage first.
