Kendra, is a phenomenal Agent who was professional, friendly and communicative while selling my house. From the moment I decided to sell, she had a full service photographer at my property the next day. My listing went live on Friday and I had multiple showings that weekend with two solid offers. We closed 36 days later. There were a couple delays with the buyer and their lender, but Kendra leveraged her professional relationships to stay informed and keep me informed of the delays and resolution.
