Each time I've been in the store I've watched Maddie and both other employees that were with her on separate occasions assisting customers with professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Not only did they assist who they were with they greeted others and addresses their needs while working with a client. I've really never seen such amazing customer service with such positive attitudes.

With this being the closest AT&T store near me, I've had the great fortune of meeting the employees who work there and have been very helpful with any questions that I do have, when it comes to technology and phones I'm very inept. I have been fortunate to meet Spencer Murray as an employee for AT&T. He has gone beyond the call of duty to help me, and is always gracious. I'm 85 years old and feel so lucky to have met him.

Needed new phone and ended up purchasing a iPhone 12 Pro Max. The representatives at this particular store were very patient and helpful during the selection process as well as the setup and giving me pointers on how this new phone works (vs. my only four year old model). I'm in my mid-60's and not tech oriented but Alex and Diego were patient and helped advice me. I had a positive experience and do recommend AT&T and this store. Thank you.

Best experience I have ever had at an ATT store! My Galaxy S8 was taking forever to charge, and not holding the charge for long. I stopped by this ATT store and had the pleasure of meeting Maddie, who informed me I could switch my old S8 in for a S22 at no charge (except taxes). Maddie is extremely tech savvy, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and laid back. Maddie knew the answers to all my questions and took the time to show me several things about my phone. Maddie is an absolute gem and I hope ATT values and rewards outstanding employees like Maddie!

Both gentlemen are very professional and very patient. Alex was very very helpful and all around nice guy. Raleigh answers the phone with a very nice voice snd he too is very nice

The staff is first class! They are like this hometown At&t store! I have never received such “white glove service” at a retail location! I felt like a VIP! Thank you Frank and staff for my new phone and AT&T TV!

Yesterday he found my 90 yr. Old fathers checkbook with $300.00 cash in it. It fell out at a gas station we went to & my dad is almost blind. It was in the rain storm.
Frank found my dads number called him and said he had it for him. Everything was there when we went to his AT&T store.
I would encourage anyone who wants a fair deal from a very honest young man to go see Frank S. At this AT&T location on 53rd and US 1.
