Hertz Car Rental - Hollywood - Pembroke HLE

Had a wonderful experience renting from this Pembroke Rd., Hollywood location in early May 2023. Easy to find and they had the perfect car for me (same make and model as the car I own). The employee I dealt with - I think her name was Laura - was lovely; very attentive and efficient. The guy with the Caribbean accent was cool too. I was in and out relatively quickly. I rented through my local AAA travel agent and got what I considered a great rate - $215 for a week, including all taxes and surcharges. Highly recommended!

Came here to rent a car after car needed service. Pleasantly surprised they had a great selection of vehicles and the customer service was amazing. Tiffany was great very helpful very professional highly recommend this place to rent a car if you’re in the area.

They were great! I had dropped of my car at Kings Auto Shop to be fixed, and they picked me up to get a rental car.,it was almost their closing time, but they still sent someone to pick me up, the gentleman who picked me up(unfortunately didn't get his name) was very professional and considerate, he had already punched out of work, but offered to come to get me, there was a problem with the train sign, and was not able to get thru, but he took an alternative route to get to me, that was so nice of him and I truly appreciate him! The gentleman at the Hertz office was also very nice and professional, even though they were already closed, he helped me without being rushed, the whole experience was very pleasant, and they made it easy. Thank you Hertz at Pembroke Road in Hollywood for your wonderful service.

We rented a car for a week whilst on holiday - I must give a special mention to Marc (The manager) who was great with us, he explained everything clearly and was very attentive to our needs. No issues at all would 100% recommend!

Nice place to rent an SUV this place never let me down I came to get a Chevrolet equinox unfortunately they didn't have have it available but instead they give me a 2019 Ford explorer annnnnnd no regrets I will come back again recommended 😃😃

Excellent experience with Hertz, it was my first time there. Reserved a car for last Friday, only to be told that i was upgraded. SWEET!!!!. Went on my road trip, and had 0 issues with the car. But sadly i had to give it back. What really made me happy was the fact that i was suppose to be back the Monday afternoon, but since i was still far away i called and i was told (by the same rep who helped me out on Friday) that if i brought it back before 8:30 Tuesday morning no extra charge. Fine. I got there a little after 9 and was told there will be no extra charge. Also the $200 hold was removed quickly. I would def recommend Hertz to anyone, and i would def rent from them again in the near future. (Happy and Satisfied Customer).

Helpful and courteous. A great centralized location with free pick up or drop off services.
Had a car that smelled like cigarettes and they promptly switched it out, no questions asked with a comparable rental.

I rented a car from miami airport and was not happy with the model car i got, plus they wantad to charge an outrageous fee for an additional driver, which should've been free because we are USAA members. So, as I passed this Pembroke Rd. location, we stopped in to get help. The manager was extremely nice , and was willing to give us a car in a higher class for the same price as our Cryhsler 200! At the end we got a 2016 Toyota Camry SE and the additional driver on the rental, ALL FOR THE SAME PRICE! I reccomend the location to anyone that appreciates a customer service that WANTS to help you, not just get your money.

LARGEST MOVING VAN A 2500 NISSAN RAN EXCELLENT AND HELD MORE THAN PICKUP TRUCKS WITH TALL ROOF FOR STACKING. ONLY $175 FOR A WEEK

Great place to rent. Staff is courteous and you get to go inside for ac and not stand outside in the sun like other car rentals do
