These people who work here act like you owe them something. Very inconsiderate and incredibly rude. I would only recommend this place as an ABSOLUTE last resort to get gasoline, but good luck attempting to withdraw money from their POS ATM that isn't worth a darn. You're better off going down the road across the bridge to hopewell or to any gas station on route 60. If you live in Charles City, just go to Adkins.

The new owners are doing a poor job running this business. Two out the three times I have stopped for gas since ownership changed, I’ve been unable to pay at the malfunctioning pump. The last time I went there, I had to go inside to pay because the pump was not reading my card, and it took me twenty minutes to buy gas. The cashier made a point of taking a very long time discussing the previous customer’s cigarette choices and the medical status of everyone in her family. Then someone he knew popped in to hand him gas money, and he handled that transaction, and went back to his conversation with the young lady who passive aggressively made comments about impatient people. That will be my last visit; I pass by there to and from work five days a week but I will henceforth always be sure to get gas well before nearing this ridiculous place. I guess if the only customers they care about are their buddies, they must be making money some way unrelated to their “business.” I’ll be monitoring my credit card transactions carefully after making that purchase.

Dirty, it smells very bad inside, and the person behind the counter was the most unfriendly man I have ever encountered. This place is a joke , good for him that this store is in the country and there is not much competition around, but I would definitely advise to drive some more miles and shop somewhere else.

They supposed to close at 8pm on Sunday. I got there at 745p and it was shut down. This is one of a few convenient stores in the county. They should honor their store hours for the locals who frequent.

New owners just took over & are very rude. Don't cash your checks there he writes down all your info. Food chance of identity theft. My whole has stop going there now.
