Twin Rivers Medical Clinic

I just started going here. After spending 4 months with a respiratory illness where I was literally told to gargle with salt water and take ibuprofen, having to practically beg for actual medical care- I felt great relief that this clinic took the time to listen to my medical concerns and take me seriously. They immediately assessed my current health and made recommendations moving forward.

This is an awesome doctor's office. The nurses and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mujib is a great doctor and he's very thorough with his patients. There are more than one doctor here. They also take walk-ins. I try to get afternoon appointments because they are not so crowded. Office convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

Great clinic. I've been with them for over 10 years and always get treated with sincerity and kindness. The wait times can be a little extended beyond your appointment time but due to the good care I get from the doctors and staff, I dont mind the wait.

I have been with them for 6 years. I've always been treated with respect and the clinic is very accommodating. The nps and drs its hit or miss theres some amazing ane some not so great

My wife was one of Dr. Mageeb’s patients. When she passed away he called me and gave me a sincere from the heart condolences. He was touched by her passing. I took to heart what he had said to me with the sorrows and pain that I was going through. He was very professional in the way he carried himself on the telephone.

I loved Dr. Mujubebb he takes his time and listen to me. Very respectful and he cares.

Mugee really cares about his patients and there are some wonderful staff

It's real dirty in there, with long wait lines and incompetent doctors. At least the nurses are okay.

This NP has now treated me occasionally and has improved.

This review is ONLY for one NP there Kateria Washington, not anyone else there. She is robotic, meaning did not show any kind of emotion or care for me. I'm chronically ill and she judged me and judged me incorrectly as well. She did not provide me with my regular medical care that I have recieved here for over 6yrs and a total of 13yrs with specialists and here combined. She didn't talk to my doctor there either, before changing something that is so dangerous to my life. She has caused great emotional harm to me, and has put my life at risk by not providing me with the appropriate treatment for my chronic rare conditions. She has cost me time, money, and my health that has threatened many things in my life. I would not see this person there at all, for ANYTHING. I don't want anyone else to go through what I am. True fight or flight mode.

If I could give no stars, I would! This place is absolutely terrible from the wait time and all the staff. Everybody that works here is very rude. I came for a regular checkup and to get a TB test done, the doctor walks in the room and doesn’t even say anything. Uncomfortable already, I say “hi, how are you?” And he looks away and mumbles under his breath! I start explaining my health issues to him and he literally told me to schedule another appointment! After all of this I explain to the nurse that it would be hard for me to come back to get the reading done during their business hours and she told me as long as I call beforehand they would be there until 6-6:30. I call ahead of time to let them know I would be there around 5:15 to get my reading done and guess what! They were closed! Please do not waste your time on such a horrible place!

This place is so horribly bad I haven't adequate words to describe it. Takes forever to be seen even with an appointment. The staff is rude and makes mistakes all the time, even put my chart in another patient's folder delaying the time it took for my name to be called. The doctors here won't stop taking new patients and therefore get people's info mixed up. They don't answer all your questions and see that your needs are met. This has been my homest experience.

If I could give less stars I would, the scheduling is disrespectful, you’re basically setting an appt at 2pm to come wait in the clinic until 3pm-3:30 to ever be seen. Typical clinic. Clear your schedule or just go to a different clinic that actually values your time or knows how appointments work.

I literally called today 3/1/19 and I heard this this loud music in the background. And this nasty lady picks up the phone and says they were not accepting new patients until the following month. I was like you know what neverrrrrr mind any medical facility that has receptionist like that and playing loud music like it’s a house party doesn’t deserve to be in business.
