Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals

I really have enjoyed using Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. They are very thorough and detailed in caring for my property and I felt very comfortable using them. Zachari Adair was very helpful when I emailed him my questions. He responded promptly and answered all my questions.

What a beautiful property, great amenities, and so close to so many things! Our "home" for the month is decorated fabulously, and couldn't be more comfortable. Zachary Adair has done an amazing job. Thank you so much. We will be back!

My husband and I were very impressed with our experience using Gulfcoast Property Management for our seasonal rental, and specifically, Callum Valentine. Callum has communicated with timely emails and first rate service from start to finish for this year's rental, and we look forward to working with him again for next year's get away!

Firstly, we had a wonderful experience with our rental in February with Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, in fact they were able to find us a last minute rental when our previous rental fell through at the last minute.

Our experience was so good we decided to rent a property with them for February 2024, but u fortunately we had to cancel this reservation for health reasons. Gulf Coast was great in helping us through this cancellation and making arrangements to minimize the loss of our deposit.

They have great to work with and we would highly recommend them as your go to source for vacation rentals. We plan to go through them again for our next rental.

Zach and Carla have been a life saver during this transition to the Gulf Coast rental system. Every time I asked Zach a question he responded right away. There was a learning curve for me on the new Gulf Coast rental system. I had one particular issue where I saw Queen bed in description of my 1273 Siesta Bayside Drive details online and Zach and Carla were seeing King bed which was correct. A Visual is worth a thousand words. I stopped in office and Carla said " let's take a look together". She immediately saw the issue. I was looking one place and Zach and Carla was looking another. She said let me see if I can fix it. She immediately corrected the Queen bed in the description, and I learned I should scroll down further into the page to BED . Carla also was able to unblock a short period on my calendar for beginning of 2024 and 2025. Zach had unblocked my calendar from April 2024 to end of 2024 after my current rentals from old system. It is possible the 2025 calendar was not open when Zach and I were working on unblocking calendar. Bottom line, both Zach and Carla are quick to respond on any issue, and both are eager to help no matter how trivial my question may be. They deserve the 5 Star for transition and support of Gulf and Bay Club Bayside rental online system.

Our account manager, Michelle Larcher de Brito, has been absolutely fantastic! I recently took over the management of our property from my father and it’s fair to say there is a lot to learn particularly with so many differences between the English and American language. Who’d have thought right, but we call so many things different names that it can get complicated and I am definitely still learning!!! I don’t think I would have managed so well if it wasn’t for Michelle! She has been instrumental in helping me with a lot of work that’s been recently carried out in our house. She’s taken the time to meet me, explain the differences and the processes and guided us on so many levels. I can’t speak highly enough of Michelle and everything she has helped me with. If I haven’t said it before, Thank you Michelle, I appreciate everything you’ve done and I look forward to continuing working together 😀

I was very impressed with the way that Zach and his team managed to very important rental for my wife and I. They were professional, thourough and communicated in a timely manner. Very impressed!

Ceazar handles the client issues line and has been extremely helpful in having my concerns with our rental property addressed. He's the best.

Callum Valentine was amazing to work with!! We unexpectedly need a place to live while our home is repaired after a water pipe burst. Callum went the extra mile to find us a place close to where we live.
Callum is so passionate and was willing to take the time to reduce the stress caused by the unfortunate damage to our home.

My husband and I were looking for a rental and called Gulf Coast to ask a few questions about a property we found. Cal (Callum) answered the phone and could not have been nicer! He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. We did end up securing a rental through Cal and Gulf Coast and have called quite a few times to ask questions and ensure we have everything we need. Cal is ALWAYS so kind to us, helpful, and promptly returns our calls and answers all our questions. The unit we’ll be renting is currently occupied so we weren’t able to see it in person, but because Cal has been so wonderful and attentive, we felt comfortable renting from Gulf Coast, site unseen. If it were not for Cal’s incredible service, we would not have felt comfortable moving forward. Thank you for everything, Cal!!!

This was the first time I booked through Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Callum was so helpful when I had additional questions. He made the process go very smoothly!

Staying here since May 2 I must say that for the most part it’s been great. I have to say one person in particular was and went beyond the norm. His name is Callum Valentine. My wife and I were told that our new house would take longer than expected to be finished along came Callum He was able to contact the owner and have him extend our stay. I’m not going into all the details but he did what other two couldn’t or wouldn’t. This gentleman is way above the norm and should be recognized as a special person who cares. I just hope management sees this and does the right thing.

Brenden Meyer stepped up for us and handled a difficult situation he did not create. He is very professional and very helpful.

I made a reservation booking through Callam Valentine who was extremely helpful and very knowledgable of the resort at Lakewood National. He went out of his way to ensure the smooth booking which definitely put my mind at ease.

It was also nice talking to a Brit 🤪.

Gulf coast vacations has been excellent to work with. They have been very responsive to both the my needs and the clients requests and needs. After using another management company I'm glad we found Gulf Coast.

Zach Adair has been great to work with. Good communication and follow up.

My account manager, Michelle Larcher de Brito, has been instrumental and a positive force in assisting with seasonal rentals of our house in Bradenton. She, along with other members of the GCPM team, have kept it rented and assisted with all maintenance scheduling both internal to the company and also with outside vendors. Michelle communicates with us in a timely fashion regardless of whether there is an issue to be resolved quickly or we just need the answer to an informational question.

Our first rental tenant through Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals exceeded our expectations by a mile. They enjoyed our home enough to leave us a glowing thank you note and left after washing and replacing all the linens, making the beds as if no one had ever slept in them. The cleaning crew were efficient and thorough and left our home immaculately clean. The entire process was nearly effortless on our part. Very pleased, indeed. Gulf Coast has a good reputation. We now understand why. They do good work!

We found Callum to be very knowledgeable as well as personable. Callum answered all our questions and went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable with our real estate transaction.

Overall a very pleasant experience..
