Dr. Kelly is a lady that has a good bedside manner and she listens first then she checks you. She is a person, and a Dr. I love her, you can talk to her and she listens. Thank God there are some Caring Dr’s. That’s my opinion

Dental appt. for my 5 year old daughter. The staff was excellent. My daughter was scared and nervous but the dental assistant did a wonderful job of being patient and making her feel comfortable. Dr. Breen was also patient and explained all question I had.

Dr. Bounds is a competent and compassionate medical practitioner! She listens to my concerns, offers her considerable background and is entirely dedicated to my best health experience! She is truly skilled both medically and psychologically. I TRUST her to always do what is best for me.

The well check doctor was very thorough and very nice. He really seemed sincere for making sure I get other appointments fulfilled. The NP that looked at my ears was very polite, and explained to me what it was, and what I needed to do. thank you all for the great job you do at that doctors office.

Only a few minutes wait to be called back. Nurse was very nice and helpful. Few minutes waiting time for Doctor. Dr Bounds was great as always. Does not rush you out. Very thorough and even was able to get my mammogram set up for next day!!! Love this place!!

Laura Bounds is always amazing! She listens, has good suggestions and called in the Rx right away! I'm an old lady, she didn't treat me like one. So grateful for that! I get the best care of any doctors office I've ever been to. Plus, their staff is caring and kind.

My first time seeing Chelsea for a regularly scheduled follow up appointment.As a new patient to medicines I worry about the side effects and dosage. She took her time and listened and didn’t rush you out. I felt listened to and actually heard, which is rare. Definitely pleased with the change from the regular provider. 5 stars. I won’t dread going to the doctor now. She has made a positive change in the practice and overall feel of the atmosphere.

Cathy Kelley is great! She's kind and caring! She really listens to her patients and takes time with them.

They are flexible and accomodate the need for accute apts. Nurse practitioner Cathy Kelly is throurough and leaves no stone unturned until the patient gets the care they need. She is close to 2hrs from where I live but I go to her as much as I can because I know she knows her area of expertise and will advocate to do all that is needed until her patients are well. Hands down my favorite!

The doctor visit was very good 😊. But the receptionist seemed Rude. Keeping in mind this is a doctor office with sick people. I have been going for years and most receptionist are very pleasant not slamming window. As you walk off to make her already rude deamnor. First time I ever experienced such. You have and have always had professionals who are courteous and polite and people oriented..let's not change the atmosphere because the Doctors work hard to keep us healthy and we appreciate them dearly.

Laura Bounds is a cool no judgement kind of person her nurse is even better … I never thought I would say I had a good time at the Dr but I had a good time at the Dr even after I gave blood and got 2 vaccines

Ms. Kelly was very caring and personable. She explained everything and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

This was my first visit with Laura Bounds. She was thorough and very personable. She listened to what I had to say and gave me insight on everything that she was going to do. I will definitely continue using her as my PCM. What a great experience.
