Selling my collection was extremely easy with Brian's Toys. All pricing was very up front and very reasonable. Their customer service was friendly and made sure to answer all communication in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell fun collections!

Great experience from the very first call. I had been planning to trade my collection for quite a while, then I actually had a reason to be somewhat close, so I called them, made a plan, scanned everything I wanted to trade with their application and took my collection to Brian’s Toys. Everyone I met was super nice, gave me a tour, explained the process and answered my questions. All follow up communication was great!

I purchased a collectible from their website and contacted them via email with a number of questions about the product. This was answered quickly and with all the information I needed.

After purchasing the product from their website, I was sent an order confirmation and tracking information. I was nervous as this was an international shipping across half the globe to Scandinavia. The package arrived within a reasonable time and was very well packed, which I really appreciated. All contents were in accordance with the sales description.

I wanted to say a little something about this company-I didn’t think it was legit but after a few email correspondence with Michael (who was wonderful) I realized they are for real!! I had a Barbie collection that I was looking to sell and wanted to make sure they found the right home! The whole transaction was super easy and received my payment within a reasonable time! So if you’re thinking of getting rid of some things that you can no longer hold on to this is the place!! Oh and the scanner app was totally cool!! I have sold hundreds of action figures to Brian's Toys over the past year. Their customer service has been excellent. Very helpful information and timely responses for price quotes. Their timeliness did slow down during the past couple of months but suspect that was due to the holidays. The app used for scanning, reviewing price quotes, and finalizing is slick & easy to use. I haven't been satisfied with all of their pricing however always have the option of not selling the item. All-in-all I have been happy with Brian's Toys and will continue to do business with them. Highly recommend for selling toys! I sold two, unused, sealed Lego Friends sets and received a great price! Customer service was pleasant, knowledgeable and they responded quickly which made the process very easy. Received agreed upon payment in a timely manner (via PayPal) and in the amount of original quote I was given at the beginning of the process!

Brian's Toys made it super simple to sell toys! I sold Barbies to them and the process was simple. The app with the barcode scanning tool made getting quotes quick and easy. I stumbled upon Brian's Toys as I was searching on ways to get rid of action figures. I had quite a few Star Wars toys that I had purchased between 1993 and 2005 that were still in their original packages. I love their smartphone app, which shows just how serious they are about customer service! I installed it on my iPhone and it used the camera to scan the UPC barcodes. It instantly gave me a ballpark estimate of the value of my collection. Not only will the app scan and identify your packages, it also creates an editable list that can instantly be emailed to the Brian's Toys buyers! Sure enough after a couple days, a representative emailed me a tentative estimate for my collection and details on how to get it shipped. I followed the process and within 2 weeks of shipping I had a check! The customer service was very responsive to my questions every step of the way.
Now let me set some expectations. Firstly, you are not going to get anywhere close to top-dollar. This is a business that is very aware of the abundance and scarcity of the various toys and they are going to tailor their offer to make sure they will make a profit on a resale - which isn't guaranteed! You go to Brian's Toys because you don't want to deal with the hassle of advertising your toys and dealing with all the back-and-forth headaches of selling, delivering, and collecting. Secondly, even their initial offer is predicated on the toys arriving in mint-condition. I had to take a significant markdown after my collection actually arrived because of wear-and-tear on the toy packaging, so don't assume their initial offer will be the same as the final offer! You will be paying to ship your collection to the company (which is taken out of their final offer). You do get to accept or reject the final offer if you think you can do better, but I'm sure you will be paying to return it and reimbursing the company for the cost of shipping it there in the first place.
The bottom line is that if your primary motivation is to just get rid of stuff that no longer interests you and takes up space, and getting a couple bucks back in your pocket is just a bonus, then this is about the most painless process I can think of!

Brian’s Toys is AWESOME! I have emailed with them at least three times with questions. They always responded with excellent customer service. I’m not sure what other collections they deal with, but I sold a Barbie collection.

I just received my first ever order from Brian's Toys, and I'm 100% happy with it. The carded Star Wars Power Droid figure was packed in a Star Case and in a very strong box with plenty of bubble wrap. It shipped in a day and got to me very quickly. I had the privilege to do business with them. Very professional and very helpful when it came to selling my Boba Fett collection. Travis and Nate were very detailed in letting me know what I could expect. Fast turn around and got my payment in a timely matter. They bought my old Star Wars figurines and gave me the best price ever for them. The transaction was fast and easy. I'm not real tech savvy and they totally handheld me through the whole process. Selling your toys is very easy and only requires you to scan your toys barcode. Shipping was easy and there was clear instructions as well. I got a notification about my shipment being received and received the final quote the following day-I was surprised it was so fast. Everybody was very helpful with my questions as well. Highly recommend!

I've recently sold them a collection of over 150 dolls and with that many I was a little worried on how smooth the process would go, but they handled it with great customer service. They helped with every step and made it hassle free. They also gave a great offer and truly wanted to make the process easy, I highly recommend when selling a large collection ask for Travis!

When turned down by other toy companies saying they didn’t buy my particular items, BT was very helpful when I called, helped me update lists and get a good price for collections. Very happy with payout. Save time and have convenience to sell items and get paid.

They are pretty good, having in mind they are a business and need to make a decent profit to pay the wages of their employees. There costumer's service was awesome at least for me. And they pay you what they quote you on their app as long as they receive it in the condition you said its in. So dont be cheap on the shipping or it can cost you.
