We highly recommend Prestige Closet Company. We got 3 different quotes and all were similar in design ideas but some were double the price. Rafik was very knowledgeable and professional, always on time and answered every question, call and email. He listened to our needs and made great design ideas for us. Once installation day came the installers were also on time, very pleasant and cleaned up after the work was done. We are so pleased we decided to go with Prestige and are absolutely loving our new closets!

We had a great experience with Rafik and his team. He gave us the most reasonable price up front. Instead of going back and forth with bigger companies. The work was done exactly how we wanted. We are very happy with the outcome of our master closet. We will go with Prestige Closet Designer if we need any future closet renovations.

Prestige Closets is an exemplary company with exemplary service. As everyone else explained, Mr. Rafik came to my home on time for our appointment. He listened to my desires and needs and customized my 3 closets on the spot. He brought various samples of textured and non-textured material to my house for me to see what I preferred. He took his time in explaining everything to me even the fine print details of the contract. He sent me emails with a computerized 3D sketch of my closets as well as a blueprinted sketch of my closets. I then received my closets from start to finish within 2 weeks as promised.

We even had a challenge with the material not being delivered to him on time. However, Mr. Rafik was able to make it happen and we had no delay on delivery or installation.
My closets were installed by Scott and he was kind, punctual, and very professional and knowledgeable when it came to installing the closets. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself and assured me the closets were ready for me to begin putting my clothes in and he was right, everything was clean and ready for me to use.
I will be contacting Prestige Closets again to do my pantry and possibly garage cabinets next year. Working with Mr. Rafik was a pleasure and my closets came out even better than I imagined. I am beyond thrilled! I finally have my newly updated closets in my new home.

WONDERFUL closets and service. I was going out of my mind trying to keep my kids’ stuff organized in their closets in our new home. One child has a very small closet with a non functional layout. Rafik came and designed closets that not only maximized the space but that work with them now and will grow with them as they get older. Can’t express enough how thrilled I am with Prestige Closets. They were installed within a week and a half of finalizing the order. Installation was quick and professional.

I really loved working with Rafik and his team. He was always prompt with his response, very honest and best if all very transparent. He came over with a great selection of materials and took his time explaining all the elements. One of the most important things for me was timeline, Rafik promised to get it done before I needed it and he delivered with room to spare. His installer was very thorough and cared about 1/8th of an inch of alignment. All in all they did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Price was also unbeatable for the quality.

Awesome experience. Rafik got in touch with me quickly, was able to do a home consult and put together a great plan and the closets were installed within two weeks. All at a reasonable and transparent price. The quality is excellent and we now have real closets in the house (instead of just stacking boxes in an empty space)! Thank you Rafik! We had tried other professional closet companies and the quotes were ridiculously high for what we were asking (not to mention wait times of up to 5 months!!). Happy we found prestige closets.

I really liked working with Rafik and Prestige Closet designers. Rafik is punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions about how to maximize the available closet space. His installation team was also punctual and polite. They worked hard all day and cleaned up everything before leaving. Rafik came by a couple of days later to inspect the final installation to make sure it was done correctly. I could not have asked for a better experience and am very pleased with the finished project.

We used this company to build my master bedroom closet when we redesigned the room. They did an amazing job! They came out and made suggestions. Their pricing very reasonable. I got quotes from other vendors and their prices were very competitive. They installed the closets earlier than they initially said and I honestly never knew so much work went into an install, but he did a phenomenal job and my closet is beautiful! My closet is not so big, but its feels like so much more after install!! We love the closet and I’ll be using their business again.
