OMG I was so excited to go to this in store location to shop all my favorite HMS looks! Such a cute boutique with tons of variety!! I loved that I can now pick up my online orders and try them on if I want to return! They make it easy, Sandra is great help!

Loved that I can go to the store and try things on for last minute events. It’s conveniently location off the highway. Definitely would recommend if your in south Florida and need a outfit.

I’m never shopping for this store ever again I purchased a dress online I decided it was too big and returned it the next day weeks go by and I don’t get a refund or store credit so I contact the store and she says to me what’s your order # I gave it to her and she says do you have the tracking # for your return it’s so hard looking through all the returns I of course did not have the tracking # because it had been weeks and now it’s been over a month since I returned this dress and no refund and no store credit they are thieves who steal your money just keep the merchandise after you purchase because they will just steal your money and never give you a refund or store credit DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE STORE BEWARE!! THEY ARE THEIVES AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO POLICE for stealing peoples money!

I’ve been a loyal customer for five years and will no longer support this business as they refused a return so that they would not have to issue a refund and tried saying it was worn when it was returned within an hour of it being delivered. I would have respected them more if they simply just said they couldn’t take it back, but to imply it was worn was really insulting and confirmed for me that they will say and do anything not to honor their so called policy in which they say they will gladly accept returns. On top of that when I emailed to inquire about to refund they responded with just tracking info with no explanation at all and were very short and rude. I will not spend a single dollar with them again.

I used to really like this store, but today I went in and they made me leave MY PURSE in the front in a bucket ON THE FLOOR!!! Seems they’re enforcing some No Bag Policy… I guess you’re supposed to stuff money or Cc in your bra, because huh? I’m sorry, I don’t enjoy low quality shopping experiences like this…. Very Ghetto in my opinion. Never Again

I had a terrible experience here, I drove an hour to get here and the woman at the store refused to attend me because they had closed a few minutes prior. Instead of giving me a better explanation, she coldly told me they were closed showing no empathy whatsoever. I have always wanted to come shop here yet never will purchase a piece from them!

Save your time and money, customer service is horrible, the lady who was working was unprofessional and uneducated.
