It has been a while now having Brooks doing my facials and laser treatments. Aside of the fact the treatments have been on point providing good results, her professionalism, knowledge and caring for my skin concerns are excellent!

She is able to provide alternatives and recommend the best course of action according to my needs and concerns.

I would greatly recommend not only Brooks for your skin needs but the whole practice staff for any other beauty treatments and procedures!

Always have a pleasant experience here. The staff are very professional, from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve seen Brianna and Ashley for facials and peels, and Stephanie does my injections. They are all highly skilled and experienced. I always look forward to my visits with them and recommend them to anyone looking to improve their appearance or simply keep their skin hydrated and healthy! You cannot go wrong with the ladies at OSS. Pro tip- plan ahead because these pros are in high demand, and for good reason!

Stephanie W., P.A.-C is amazing, really THE best, and this is coming from someone who does a ton of research prior to any sort of enhancements or procedures lol! She has an artist’s eye, truly listens, and provides honest feedback. She is easy to trust, and her expertise and skill are quickly evident, which is imperative in my opinion. I am SO happy with my results, and I am SO happy I’ve found her! The cherry on top is that the facility is beautiful! … and the staff members I’ve interacted with are very kind and accommodating!

This place is amazing. Wow! The minute I walk in you've greeted by this young lady with smile. My first time going to this place and I really like the place because it's clean the Customer Service was exceptional Renee whose giving me the shot in my shoulder was kind and friendly. However I went yesterday to get my very first time to get facial and Brianna I think was the best! Because she explaining it to me what steps she is about to do on my face from the beginning until at the end with calm voice and friendly manner.. I like this place. I will coming back to this place again and I will recommend it to my friend and Family. If I can give them 10 stars I would . Thank you

Entire experience was amazing. The front office staff are warm and welcoming. They readily answered my questions and made me feel welcome. The clinical staff is more than just well trained, they are truly passionate about skincare and helping you look your best self!
The office is conveniently located in the heart of Winter Park. There is ample free parking just a stroll away.
The facility is a mix of luxury and comfort . My wait was under 5 min, it was so relaxing that I could have spent the entire morning in the waiting room.
The treatment rooms are impeccably clean.
I felt my practitioner really listened to me and gave me a variety of options and great advice.
The pricing is very competitive and in line with other offices, but the level of customer care and experience are tops!
I loved my treatment results and look forward to my next visit.

Amazing customer service. I had called in a few times before even scheduling my 1st appointment because I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right place. The receptionist was very nice, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions in detail. I had my appointment a week ago with Liesje for fillers. She was extremely thorough and took time to figure out exactly what I was wanting before doing anything. She then explained every single thing to me as far as the product and what she was doing step by step. They also do a complementary 2 week follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the treatment. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend Orlando Skin Solutions to anyone.

This will be my third time with Brianna my experience has been great. I have done HydraFacial, Honey Enzyme Facial and today Fire & Ice Facial with lip/eye perk. I love it here the staff are genuinely friendly and professional.

I am so happy that I found Orlando Skin Solutions. This place is clean, the staff was friendly and is in a very nice area of town. I searched for several places for the procedure that I wanted and no one was offering it. I lucked up and this place was a God send. Kelley did a fantastic job. I was able to see results the very next day even though she did tell me it could take up to two weeks. I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you so much.

Just had my first ever hydra facial experience This experience was better than I could have expected. This location is clean, relaxing, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Brianna made sure to explain everything to me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. It is clean and a very professional but relaxing environment. I purchased a Groupon for a massage prior to the pandemic, they were kind enough to extend it until I could use it. They no longer have massage services however provided me with a deep pore facial. I had such a wonderful facial with Sadia! My skin was so smooth and glowing! This was my first time and not my last, as I’ve already booked my next service which I cannot wait for! Staff was very friendly & I have already highly recommended to all my friends.
