We been going to this location a few times...
...while sometimes I have come across employees who seem to not like to be working at HD, I am GLAD to say I have encountered a VAST majority who DO Enjoy what they do!! Yesterday we were looking for colors to paint my LO room... And we were standing in front of 'all the colors', I was asking him what color he liked and he was getting overwhelmed by ALL the colors to choose from, then suddenly a young employee (Male, early to mid 20's, I think his name was Taylor...his name started with a T) came and offered for my son to see "all" the colors from the booklet, that made it easier for my son to pick a color!! He also showed us how the color my son had picked, would looked like in the room by using the computer system they have. I have to say... I am glad to say the level of customer service at this location has exceeded our expectations!! Definetly OUR MOST Favourite HD Location by far!!! Great Job Home Depot.. continue to keep Your Employees Satisfied, for them to be able to perform accordingly!! 😊

Love Home Depot and today's trip was such a blast. So many great products available and this store was very pleasurable to be in. Hats off for the team there for all the hard work! Steve especially was very helpful in assisting with honoring the coupon presented at checkout.

I have to say they have all the fittings we look for as well as the staff being very helpful in the electrical aisle so I have no complaints. They deserve a five star for that.

Very happy with my new door and new lock, always great service to every one of the Home Depots that I went to check the door that I wanted and check which one was available.

Oneal(sp) in the tool section was super patient and helped me find that amazing deal on a Milwaukee set. Look for this Rasta if you ever visit this home depot!

I come everytime I can, the best tool and equipment for anything

I was visiting the area and had to get a new dishwasher for my mother. I went to the Home Depot on University and met with Richard at the appliance desk. He was the best. He helped me get the right unit for my mother and also arranged for installation. Days later, he was able to help me figure out which kitchen faucet would work for her kitchen - after I was paralyzed by the numerous options. This Home Depot is LUCKY to have a guy like Richard working with the public to get their home appliances. I hope they appreciate him the way I do. THANK YOU Richard!

Just had an awesome experience here. I was helped in the plumbing area, carpet area, and paint area. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. I always go to Home Depot but never stopped in this location as I was on my way home from work. We own our own business I love it when we get compliments. Your staff is doing an awesome job! I was very impressed with the courteous, friendly staff at Home Depot tonight. From Jess at the Customer Service desk to Marie who assisted me in selecting my toilet & sink before getting me Tyrone to finalize my additional items I needed. The entire team was an impressive group of people who each went out of their way to assist me with my purchases. They gave me suggestions, choices and recommendations to complete my tasks

I was impressed how supervisor Jeanne helped me. Although she was very busy, She took the time to get involved on helping with my purchase, making my coupons to work, making phone calls to customer service about my credit card, she really was into it!!
I purchased tiles for my apartments, lights, fans... I was pleased with her great professionalism. :)

Alex(is) helped us to cut wood today, he was friendly, personable, had a willingness to learn when we needed almost precise cuts and just a all around great demeanor. We come to home depot alot and Alex has got to be one of your best employees. This kid needs a raise or promotion.
